Project Summary BACKGROUND: The applicant, Kraft Heinz, represented by Nick Fracasso of ER2 Image Group, proposes to reface the existing ground sign at the research and development building at 801 Waukegan Road. The proposed panel will include 16.0-inch uppercase and 10.4-inch Kraft Heinz text in blue and red respectively. The proposed panel is.063-inch thick aluminum painted Matthews satin white with vinyl decals. The existing sign landscaping will remain and is compliant.
