GENERAL EXCHANGE TARIFF Section 6 25th Revised Sheet 2 Replacing 24th Revised Sheet 2 CALL MANAGEMENT SERVICES 6.1 GENERAL REGULATIONS 6.1.1 Call Management Services are available to residence and business customers and are subject to availability of facilities, technology, and compatibility with customer access line, associated service(s) and premises equipment. 6.1.2 Call Management Services are not available to Plexar, Payphone Exchange Access Service or DigiLine subscribers unless otherwise specified in Paragraphs 6.1.3 and 6.2 following. Additional service restrictions and hunting limitations may also apply to specific services as specified in Paragraph 6.2 following. 6.1.3 Auto Redial and Speed Calling are price deregulated for business and residence customers, and individual customer pricing is available. In addition, all Call Management Services for business and residential customers are price deregulated in the following exchanges: Lindsborg (Residence Service only) All Call Management Services will be available for purchase individually, subject to the service descriptions contained in this tariff. 6.1.4 Auto Redial, Call Blocker, Call Return, Call Trace, Priority Call, Selective Call Forwarding, Caller ID-Calling Number Delivery and Calling Name Delivery are functional when both the call originating customer and the call terminating customer are served from central offices capable of sending and receiving the calling name and number and are linked by appropriate facilities. 6.1.5 When multiple services are activated on the same line, certain services may take precedence over others. (MT) (MT) 6.1.7 Additional regulations specific to each Call Management Services service are included in the individual service descriptions as set forth in paragraph 6.2 following. 6.2 SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS 6.2.1 Auto Redial Auto Redial is price deregulated, and individual customer pricing is available. Enables the customer to redial automatically the last outgoing telephone number. If that telephone number is busy, the Company s equipment will keep trying to call the number for a maximum of thirty (30) minutes beginning with the customer's activation of Auto Redial, in an attempttoestablishthecall. Thecustomerwillbesignaledwithadistinctiveringwhenthecall can be completed. 6.2.2 Call Blocker Enables the customer to block calls from preselected telephone numbers (quantity varies by technology) and/or the last incoming call (without knowing the number). To block specified telephone numbers, the customer builds a screening list. To block an unknown number after receiving a call, the customer enters a code to add the number to their screening list. If facilities are unavailable to provide incoming call screening via the customer's list, standard call completion will occur. Customers whose telephone numbers are blocked are directed to a Company recorded announcement.

These CSV/CSD local service elements are offered only in connection with services provided under this tariff and not offered on a stand-alone basis. ACCESS SERVICE TARIFF Section 2 4th Revised Sheet 8 Replacing 3rd Revised Sheet 8 GENERAL REGULATIONS 2.7 FILING OF CUSTOMER CONTRACTS WITH THE KCC Pursuant to the Commission's Order 16 in Docket No. 02-GIMT-555-GIT, contracts for intrastate access services provided on an Individual Customer Pricing (ICB) basis will be filed with the KCC within 30 days of the effective date of the contract and will include customer identification number, service description and the applicable rates and a verified statement that the price of the service offered under the agreement is above the long-run incremental cost of the service. The contract will be filed with all customer specific information redacted. A confidential non-redacted cover sheet for the ICP contract will be filed with the KCC pursuant to K.S.A. 66-1220a. The following information will be made available, at the request of the KCC, for the life of the contract term, and handled pursuant to applicable proprietary agreements between the Company and the KCC: A.
