COMPANY PROFILE -Established in 1984 in Moretta, Cuneo (North-West part of Italy, close to Turin) -European leader in the production of CRYOGENIC COMPONENTS within the AIR GASES INDUSTRY -Since 2003: LNG Division established for R&D, design, manufacturing of LNG CRYOGENIC COMPONENTS -Since 2005: specialized in LNG APPLICATIONS and ENGINEERED LNG SYSTEMS -Developed customer portfolio in over 30 countries (UE, APAC, EAE, USA) - 40+ STAFF including Design Team, Engineering Team, Specialized Technicians, International Professionals - 2010: achieved the first public L-CNG refueling station in Italy. - Established in 2009 - Owned by Vanzetti family: 50% CPL CONCORDIA: 50% - Mission: LNG distribution and logistics to complete Vanzetti Engineering supply chain (authorized by Italian Ministry of Economic Development) -Unique Italian company to operate the importation and distribution of LNG for automotive purposes (no LNG terminals in Italy) -Recent acquisition of relevant assets: several road tanks (52 m 3 ) and intermediate storages (development in progress in Italy to optimize the logistics)
