ADE Presentation Opportunities General Session Sponsorship $24,999 Host the Opening General Session the only opportunity to address all delegates during the event. This sponsorship includes 8 minutes of speaking time, ability to introduce a keynote speaker and VIP seating for 10 of your registered company representatives and/or key customer attendees. Sponsor will have their company logo included in all printed materials, email promotions as well as logo included in signage at the event. General Session Commercial $3,499 Ensure your message is heard! Air a 60 second commercial in front of all delegates at one of the general session events (Limited quantity available) 6

ADE Educational Engagement Educational Presentations $2,999 Hold a product seminar to present your company's products and services in a 45 minute private educational setting - limited quantity available. Your session handouts may also be included on the ADE Program of Events website page for attendees to view before and after the conference - a great way to increase your marketing reach! Educational Presentation sponsors must include 1 raffle prize to be promoted prior to the event and given away during their session. ADE Marketing/Branding Opportunities ASTA ADE Registration Area - Exclusive opportunity! $2,499 This is a high traffic area and gathering place at ADE. The Registration Area offers maximum branding exposure with significant signage. Your logo welcomes each guest as they register onsite. Badge Lanyards - Exclusive opportunity! $1,999 Sponsor lanyards with your company logo for wide exposure during the show. Sponsor is responsible for the production, production costs, and delivery of lanyards to the host hotel in advance of the Expo. Delegate Bags - Exclusive opportunity! $1,999 Provide delegate bags for attendees to hold their conference materials - and continue to use in their office for lasting impressions. Sponsor receives one side of the bag for logo or advertisement while the ASTA logo will be on the reverse side. You may also provide an insert for the bag. Sponsor is responsible for the production, production costs, and delivery of bags to the host hotel in advance of the Expo. Program of Events The Convention Program is included in all attendee registration bags and includes logistical information on all major Convention activities. The lifetime of the program goes beyond the convention dates. For many attendees the Program of Events is referenced after the convention to remind them of content, agenda items and suppliers.
