Maharashtra Antibiotics & Pharmaceuticals Ltd, (MAPL) Nagpur, Maharashtra and Manipur State Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd, (MSDPL) Imphal, Manipur are the two subsidiaries of HAL. MAPL is located at Plot no. L-1, MIDC, Area, Hingna Road Nagpur on a plot admeasuring 12.5 Acres with a structure of Office Building and Plant & Machinery erected on it. The land is given by the MIDC to MAPL on a lease of 95 years in the year 1979. MSDPL is located at Regd.Office: Keishampat Junction Tiddim Road PO Box No. 27 Imphal 795001, Manipur on a plot of 10 Acres given to MSDPL by the Government of Manipur, free of cost. A structure containing Office and Plant & Machinery is erected on this plot of Land. Also MSDPL possesses the lease hold premises at Behela Commercial Comlex, Kolkatta, West Bengal. In order to assess its present market value we propose to undertaken the valuation of Movable and Immovable Assets of MAPL, Nagpur and MSDPL,Imphal.

It has been decided to engage an appropriate Government Approved Valuer along with Expert Valuation Agency / Consultant for valuation of the land and Plant & Machinery. The Valuer has to do the valuation by taking into consideration the possible permissible commercial use of land and Plant & Machinery. It has been decided to call the quotations from the expert valuation agency / consultant through appropriate Government valuer for the valuation of land Buildings by taking into consideration the possible permissible commercial use of land admeasuring 12.5 acres in case of MAPL, Nagpur and 10 acres land at Imphal & leasehold premises at Behela Commercial Complex, Kolkatta ( West Bengal) of MSDPL. We request you to kindly submit the quotation for undertaking above referred valuation within 14 days of receipt of this letter but not later than 13.06.2017 as per enclosed Annexure-I.
