Benchmarking 9

Energy Assessment Eligibility Must be a public sector facility. Must be located in the electric and/or gas delivery territories of Ameren Illinois. Must be at least 20,000 sf. Must have potential for significant savings. Existing buildings and new construction are eligible. SEDAC energy assessments are funded by Ameren Illinois for public sector clients in Illinois through energy savings programs, in compliance with Illinois law. 10

New Construction and Renovation Design Assistance SEDAC reviews design plans in the early construction phase and offers suggestions for making them more energy efficient. 11

New Construction and Renovation Help building owner and design team set goals for energy efficiency Meet with design team to discuss energy strategies Review design documents Analyze energy consumption Suggest areas for optimizing energy efficiency 12

New Construction Eligibility New construction or major renovation projects in Ameren Illinois territory are eligible for design assistance through SEDAC s Energy Assessment program. This program is funded by Ameren Illinois in compliance with Illinois law. 13
