SINCE 1945 Product introduction Capacity: - 410 t/h /29 168MW Design thermal efficiency: 86-93% Applicable fuel: Various types of coal, co-firing and biomass fuel Application: Thermal power plant, central heating, steam and hot water supply Energy-saving CFB boilers are researched and developed by the fluidized reconstruction combustion technology of Zhengzhou Boiler Co., Ltd., representing the latest direction of CFB technology development. It has directly overcome the two problems of normal CFB boilers, i.e. high electricity consumption and abrasion, thus the electricity consumption can be reduced by at least 30%. Meanwhile, it effectively makes up many shortcomings, such as boiler abrasion, coking and blocking of back feeding device, high density of boiler original dust emission, difficulty in slagging, etc., making the boiler structure more reasonable, the performance better, and the operation safer and more reliable. In December 2015, our energysaving CFB boiler is listed as the NO. 1 among high efficient boilers in the Energy Efficient Boilers Promotion Directory, published by National Development and Reform Commission. SINCE 1945 Product features 1 High combustion efficiency a. Bell-covered style of air cap, with low resistance and anti-back flow ash, has completely settled the problem caused by backflow ash from air cap, guaranteeing the combustion efficiency of the boiler. b. Fuel particles could be burned in circulation. The combustion efficiency can be as high as 97%-99%, and the boiler heat efficiency can be 85%. 2 Low pollution emissions The bed temperature of CFB boiler is between 800-900 C, which is the highest temperature range for the desulfurization reaction efficiency. Due to the lower combustion temperature, the use of staged air supply makes SO2 and NOx emissions from coal-fired circulating fluidized bed boilers are lower. 3 Low wear and high availability Low pressure operation, low flow speed of flue gas, low density of materials in the furnace, hardly abrasive heating surface, low frequency of maintenance, all of the above make the annual operating time longer than 8000 hours.
