INTRODUCTION Aynuf Sdn Bhd is a privately-owned company started on a small scale at home since January 2006; producing food paste products and biscuits. We have expanded by acquiring a factory under the supervision of the Department of Agriculture, which is located at Lot 4, Bukit Merah Food Processing Zone, Permatang Pauh, Penang. This is an opportunity for the company to obtain business licenses, Halal certification, increase production capacity and expand the market. With this the company can convince distributors and wholesalers of Aynuf products. Malaysia, towards a developed country, is facing a challenge to produce nutritious, healthy, delicious and clean, and quality products. Aynuf Sdn Bhd sees this as the potential in food production. This pursuit Aynuf Sdn Bhd to venture into food industry; aim to produce products that truly meet the demand. OPERATION Aynuf Sdn Bhd is ever mindful and take care of the product quality, cleanliness and guaranteed freshness. Thus, each of the process should be guided by procedures. This starts from the receipt of raw materials to the finished products. Processing is done by machine mainly cutter (vegetable cutter), slicer, blender, grinder, cooking cauldrons and sealer. At this time, the company has received Matching Grants MOA for high-capacity machines and semi-manual. This is to improve production quality and minimize energy and time. In addition, the company has managed to obtain Halal certification by JAKIM (Government Department issuing Halal certificate). 6
AVAILABLE PRODUCTS 1. Product Name: FISH GRILLED PASTE Preparation for the Grill : 1 packet of Aynuf Fish Grilled Paste, 2 to 3 fish and aluminium foil (or banana leave). How to Grill : Cut open both sides of the fish. Apply the paste on the fish. Liner pan with aluminum foil or banana leave. Bake in the open until cooked. Ready to eat. Ingredients : Shallots, lemon grass, chili paste, spices, sugar, salt, food flavor, citric acid and permitted preservative salt. Serves 4 persons. Storage : Store at room temperature. How to Grill : Mix chicken with the paste and marinate (season overnight for maximum flavor). Liner pan with aluminium foil (or banana leaves). Fry or bake until cooked. Then it is ready to eat. Ingredients : spices, ginger, galangal, turmeric, onion, garlic, sugar, salt, food flavors, citric acid, salt and permitted preservatives. Serves for 4 persons. Storage : Store at room temperature.
