A powerhouse of technology The gantry cutting bridge is moved through ball screw guide combined with tempered, adjusted pinions and racks with helicoidal toothing. All this technology offers: acceleration of 10m/sec 2 a speed of 200m/min precision of +- 0.15mm The planarity of the working area (fundamental for perfect machining results) is guaranteed by the adjustment of the base and wooden panels on the tool machine. 6
Genius CT-A SERIES The working head is equipped with a laser reader that automatically detects the position of the sheet on the work table and also acts as a double zero for cutting laminated glass. In addition, it can be used for digitalising templates and models positioned on the work table. The lubrication oil supply is electronically managed to avoid any waste. 7

Cutting edge technology Thanks to the 6-position tool magazine, the most suitable tool can be used to make different cuts on a single sheet, greatly improving the quality of the end result. The wheel-holder cones allow the cutting tools to be changed easily, whether manually or via the automatic magazine. They also guarantee the necessary rigidity during the machining operation. 10
Genius CT-A SERIES Laser detection of the sheet thickness, combined with the tool magazine, for increased cutting control automatism. Particularly handy for in-line configurations. BCR (Brush Coating Removal) device for removing the low-e coating with a motorised metallic brush with adjustable consumption compensation. Standard removal of 20mm width. Upon request, brushes with a diameter of 15-30mm can be fitted. GCR (Grinder Coating Removal) device for removing the low-emissions film with a cup grinding wheel (diameter 20mm).
