This instrument is an innovative solution for molecular diagnostics research applications.this adopts special polymer chip named Rapi:chip which enables even faster thermal treatment of samples in it than the case of using conventional PCR tubes. In addition, this instrument took the advantage of real-time PCR by integrating high-end fluorescence detection technology in it, which enabled users to visually identify PCR result through the window on the top of instrument. Using key technologies integrated in it, GENECHECKER successfully performs 30 thermal cycles in 12 minutes and lets you to confirm the qualitative PCR result with your eyes.model UF-100 GENECHECKER Ultra-Fast PCR System has compact and portable design and can be carried to any location conveniently. This instrument adopts DC 12V power input and can be connected to general car power source when optional car power connection kit is equipped. Researchers were spending too much time and efforts to get a PCR result. 1_ LCD Display 4line text LCD offers clear identification while protocol setting and status monitoring 2_Jog-Dial Rotating jog-dial in clockwise direction moves cursor on the display down (right) or increases set valus. Rotating jog-dial in counter-clockwise direction moves cursor on the display up (left) and decreases set valus. Pressing jog -dial selects the menu where cursor is located. 3_LED Indicator LED indicator is illuminated in two different colors - blue and red. Blue LED indicates that the instrument is idle and ready for use. Red LED indicates that the instrument is in use, i.e.pcr cycle is being performed. LED is turned off when prompted PCR cycles are finished and redult is available for observation through Well-Viewer. 4_MENU button Main menu screen is displayed when this button is pressed from initial screen. Displayed screen moves to previous step when this button is pressed. 5_RUN/STOP button Selected PCR protocol is executed when this button is pressed. Currently performed PCR cycle is immediately stopped when this button is pressed while the instrument is running. 6_Well-Viewer Window After PCR cycles are completely performed,users can identify the change of well colors with their eyes through this window. What is Rapi:chip? Rapi:chip is an essential component to get an ultra-fast PCR result using GENECHECKER. This is designed from long-time experience of designing lab-on-a-chip devices and enables GENECHECKER to perform its extremely fast thermal cycling in efficient way. This unique chip has 8 wells and each well accommodates of sample mixture which is still less amount than the case of using typical PCR tubes. Bottom surface of this chip has only 150μm of thickness, which facilitates efficient heat exchange between sample and heat block. Printed Well Numbers Well number is printed on the upper surface of chip for easy identification. Wings These parts are used for easy handlingwith fingers or tweezers. Apertures Pipette tip fits in these apertures so that sample and reagent could be loaded or collected.
