Improvement of the Odra river accessibility International inland shipping route E30 Odra Waterway (ODW) is one of the access way to the ports of Szczecin and Świnoujście. Modernization to at least IVth international class of navigability is necessary for the effective use of ODW. At present the Feasibility Study is currently under preparation. Modernization costs of ODW are initially estimated at PLN 30 billion. After modernization, the ODW will become an element of the TEN-T network.
