Customer Site Reference Machine Location Line ID Introduction to the Service Program 293788 Introduction The purpose of this document is to record the results of the Service Program and ensure service standards are adhered to. This document has been split into a number of sheets which represent various parts of the machine. Each subject is given a simple rating based on the "light beacon" scenario, where: Red Amber Green Requires attention (performance or function could be out of "control" and liable to cause problems). Requires monitoring (performance or function may be variable). OK (performance or function appears OK during the time of the service). There is also an area on the sheet for a generalized summary listing areas of concern and beside each subject the area where improvement potential is possible (see below). Improvement Potential T = Throughput E = Effective printed boards C = Cost reduction Attention and optimization likely to improve potential throughput. Attention and optimization likely to improve potential E.P.B Attention and optimization likely to reduce "unplanned downtime" costs. The information from each sheet is shown in graph format in the "Conclusions" worksheet with an overall score. The potential for improvement provides examples of potential benefits where improvements increase "Throughput", Yield and likely to reduce unplanned downtime. ISCAN Health check The ISCAN Health Check allows each Servo axis to be benchmarked, measuring the Demand, Following Error, Logic Voltage, Servo Bus Voltage and Motor Temperature. Each Servo axis should be cycled 5 times within the default test (fixed speed and distance) the values then entered into the Annual Service document.
