Trenchless installation technology No need for digging. Reliable. Tight. While it's not always possible to accommodate trenchless installation of building connection lines, this method offers a perfect system for all supply lines and is becoming increasingly common thanks to the sustainable technical and economic advantages it affords. With some good planning and construction site logistics, you can establish several building connections each day. All the while, the easy-to-use soil displacement hammer handles its tasks with the utmost accuracy and reliability. The duct to be laid is installed directly using the soil displacement hammer. Not only does this protect the user's lovingly tended front garden, but it is also much less stressful for all those involved. This is because Hauff-Technik's protective and flexible solution resolves any complaints or worries regarding damage to surfaces or stairs before they can even develop. The choice is yours with either the new, innovative MIS single building entry system or the proven and highly efficient ZAPPO tunnelling technology, you can install a sealed electrical or communications cable connection safely without the need for extensive underground engineering work. Soil displacement hammers are used to drive either ducts or driving pipes through a core drill hole into a destination trench from the inside of the building using trenchless technology. The driving pipes are securely connected using sleeve technology and can have an outer diameter of 75 mm or 63 mm (63 mm driving pipe not in product range). Once the cables have been drawn, the ducts are either removed or left as empty ducts in the ground. Use of the trenchless installation procedure requires extensive training. MIS The membrane injection system The MIS (membrane injection system) is a universal building entry for bore holes in the most common types of walls. It is used to provide a gastight and watertight seal for building connections. The injection membrane provides targeted and controlled resin injection and significantly shortens building connection installation times. For the trenchless variant, there are two different versions: MIS 60 NoDig or MIS 00/VT63 NoDig. However, whichever MIS you choose, the MIS building entry can be used universally in new builds or renovations, both in brickwork or concrete. MIS 60 NoDig Cable Pipe Protects the cable and facilitates both retrofit installation and cable replacement. Membrane hose This has numerous small cuts for controlling and monitoring the resin injection. Flange This controls resin leakage on the wall of the building. Wall rosette This finishes off the connection neatly on the inside of building. Resin Expands beyond the bore diameter. Sealing lips These seal and protect the cables. A core drill hole with a diameter of between 62 and 65 mm is drilled into the building's cable connection area. The soil displacement hammer with Ø 55 mm is driven through the core drill hole into the destination trench. The duct, through which the actual micropipe/cable will later be pushed, is also fed in. The building entry is then inserted from the basement side via the micropipe/cable in the core drill hole and put into position. The membrane hose and flange create an optimal seal. Assembly kit consisting of: Ponal PP6/PP2 cartridge gun MIS 00/VT63 quick tensioning device ¼" reversible ratchet angled screwdriver quick deburrer side cutters ¼" extension, 50 mm various sockets centring pipe distance terminals MIS No Dig assembly kit The tools have been specially developed and put together for using trenchless construction methods with the MIS 00/VT 63 No Dig. These tools allow you to assemble the MIS building entry safely and reliably. cablepipebuildingentry+ 3
MIS The membrane injection system MIS 60 NoDig The MIS 60 NoDig can be relied upon for effective sealing of micropipes/fibre-optic cables, telecommunications cables and power cables. Cable sealing is achieved without additional shrinking and smoothly using 5 different seal inserts, which are pre-assembled in accordance with customer requirements. The outer sealing element is a 30 mm thick rubber press seal through which an injection hose is fed. A 2-component expansion resin is piped through this hose at the external wall and seals the building entry at the ground. This means that the existing outer wall seal can be fully restored. Finally, the inner seal is installed. This consists of a 40 mm rubber press element, an octagonal flange and the corresponding closed sealing element.
