Inform, Empower and Engage Series Training@Work Sessions Talent and Human Capital Strategy s Inform, Empower and Engage series provides individual sessions intended to promote continuous learning and awareness of topics relevant to our work and community. As part of the series, we are pleased to offer the sessions noted below during this fiscal year. Some of these sessions are offered by Talent & Human Capital Strategy Team members and the others are brought to Simmons through our partnership with our retirement plan provider, TIAA-CREF, and our Employee Assistance Program provider, AllOne Health. We have also been able to expand our offerings through our collaboration with the Colleges of the Fenway, whereby sessions are offered jointly to the COF faculty and staff. This is especially true for employees that plan to retire and are leaving employer-sponsored coverage. What we want to say and what we should say are often two very different things. The challenge is to control our own response and utilize strategies that help diffuse and resolve the situation.
