Move Number Your dispatcher will provide you with a Move Number for each load. You must have the correct move number to enter the Clemens site. o If you show up with the wrong or no move number, we will need to find other ways to verify your load, therefore delaying the process. Move number corresponds to the vendor, producer, arrival time, and date.
Arrival Times If everyone arrives at their schedule time, things will run very smoothly. Acceptable variance is 30 minutes +/- scheduled arrival time. Trucks more than 2 hours early will be turned away and asked to return at their assigned arrival time. Clemens reserves the right to turn away trucks less than 2 hours early in the case that the truck yard is too congested as parking is limited. Late trucks will be parked and will have to wait for next available opening.
