ISCI s core services include Informa<on Technology, Quality Assurance, Security Intelligence, Audio Visual Integra<on, Mari<me Security, and Training. ISCI incorporated in December 2000 in the State of Virginia, and currently has three locations two field offices in Manassas, VA and the corporate headquarters in Greenville, NC. ISCI provides a full range of Informa<on Technology and Assurance support services. Audio Visual Integration ISCI understands and responds to the ever changing nextgen technology audio-visual needs of Government agencies. ISCI cer<fied AV technology professionals provide a full range of Audio Visual (AV) support services. Our cer<fied AV technicians have the exper<se for TCP/IP integra<on, web development and content management, automa<on control, distance learning, digital signage and life safety messaging, and computer center opera<ons and help desk. Maritime Security ISCI develops comprehensive Global Maritime Law Enforcement programs that provide awareness of maritime laws and procedures, while raising levels of proficiency, safety, and survival techniques. ISCI offers an effec<ve Global Mari<me Law Enforcement strategy program that deals with both Security Opera<ons Planning and Support Management. As an industry leader, ISCI also provides Exercise Development, Execu<on Support, and Consul<ng. ISCI also provides training programs for Mari<me Law Enforcement in all areas of competency for interna<onal and domes<c clients. As Global conflicts continue to grow and threaten our borders, it is essential to clearly understand all aspects of Global Maritime Law Enforcement. 8

Training ISCI offer effective customized programs and assessment tools which are designed to establish and enhance specific program goals. ISCI s develops classroom, web based, and field training tools using updated techniques that allow each individual to enhance their capabili<es within its Training and Leadership programs. We analyze requirements, develop material, write the program of instruc<on, and conduct training in classrooms and in the field using field service representa<ves. Van Epps President & CEO President and CEO for ISCI, Byron Van Epps is a highly decorated service disabled Vietnam War veteran, has provided extensive contrac<ng service to the Department of Defense, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Federal Avia<on Administra<on (FAA), and numerous other Federal civilian agencies since re<ring from ac<ve service in the U.S. Army in 1988. He has successfully built a number of informa<on technology focused disadvantaged businesses serving these customers over the past twenty years. Timothy Ciampaglio Vice President of Opera8ons Vice President of Opera<ons for ISCI, Tim Ciampaglio is a Re<red Coast Guard Officer with 23 years of service focused on all aspects of Mari<me Opera<ons, Training, Educa<on and Strategic Planning. He enjoyed tours as Opera<ons Officer at Sector Key West, FL, Commanding the Cufer WASHINGTON in Honolulu, HI and finished his career as the External Coordina<on Division Chief (CG 823), Washington, DC. Mr. Ciampaglio is an adjunct professor at The George Washington University teaching graduate level Strategic Human Resources Planning and Management and undergraduate Nego<a<ons.
