(6 marks) b) What is the primary advantage of offering an individual incentive plan? Discuss the difference between a bonus and commission plan. c) Describe how group incentives work. If you were able to choose the type of incentive pay system your company offered, would you choose an individual, a group, or an organizationwide incentive plan? Why? Kebanyakan daripada mereka menyatakan bahawa melaksanakan tindakan disiplin ke atas pekerja adalah satu tugas yang sangat membebankan untuk dilaksanakan.
