Processing of Lustran ABS / Novodur Drying: 1/2 to 2 hours at 80 C as a function of dryer capacity. ABS+PC blends 90 C (H801, Ultra 4105, 4115) If the product is processed in a vented cylinder, it will normally be possible to dispense with predrying. Melt temperature: 220 to 260 C If the temperature is too high, or the residence time in the cylinder is too long, then material damage has to be expected (including discoloration and reduced toughness).
