Kit Bin handling system: The Kit Bin handling system is specially designed and custom made system for Handling of filled Kit Bins and empty Kit Bins without Manual Intervention. The system is equipped with a wide range of material handling accessories including Lifts, overhead conveyor mechanism and cross travel conveyor etc. The entire system is man less, fully automatic and is controlled through PLC logic. Smart Touch HMI are provided for manual intervention, wherever, necessary.
Conveyors: Roller Conveyors for special applications: Imported rollers are used as standard. Used for long distances. Double stack conveyors are used where vertical Space is to be utilized Powered by electrical motor/ self-drive rollers. Machine Interfacing. Purpose of machine interfacing: Interfacing of a machine is done for achieving high quality of machining, reducing down time, optimizing man hour utilization and avoiding accidents. A proper interfacing will ensure the clamping pressure, proper seating and placement of job, and a clean and safe working environment. We supply hardware for interfacing with electrical/pneumatic and hydraulic components and these components are interfaced with the machine cycles. Accessories Supplied with Machine interfacing: 1. Purpose of seat check sensor: To ensure proper seating of job on fixture and thus Avoiding: Improper machining. Tool & Job damage. Improve quality of machining. Working Principle: It works on back pressure sensing. Compressed air at about 2Kg is allowed to purge on butting places of job and fixture through 1.2 to 2 mm hole. Job is kept on the fixture and the back pressure is sensed by the sensor. In ideal condition the back pressure is to be 2Kg. i.e. there is no air gap between Job surface and fixture. In case of presence of foreign object will cause Air leakage and thus reduction in back pressure, which in turn is sensed by the sensor. Seat Check sensors: Double set point. 2 PNP out puts Accuracy up to 20 microns. With 2mtr connector cable as standard. With Inlet/outlet fitting. Programmable set points. Inlet pressure 2Bar.
