Listed below are a few important key facts for the Chapel View scheme: Planning permission for the 7 individual detached houses has already been granted and construction can immediately begin. Individual contracts for the land purchase (with Eco Haus (Bolton) Ltd.) and house (with DAVINCI HAUS) will be required (Stamp Duty Land Tax will only be charged on the price of the individual plot!). Ownership of the Land will also include a shared ownership of the site entrance and/or private access road. The DAVINCI HAUS standard contract is based on the ENERGYplusDESIGN Building Specification. Stage payments will be required for the Land purchase and the construction of the house. The Buyer will be invited to Germany to complete a fitting-out design meeting with a DAVINCI HAUS Architect where individually chosen material finishes and all engineering for the house will be finalised. The proposed property will go into production after the design drawings and specification have been signed off by the Buyer. Commencement on site will occur in agreement with DAVINCI HAUS, Eco Haus (Bolton) and the Buyer. Completion of the property will take approx. 4 months from the date that DAVINCI HAUS erects the property. The date of completion will be agreed with the Buyer.
