You will have a dedicated and loyal home office team that will work with you in every aspect of your business to ensure your success. 2nd Commitment: You will be represented by a Partner Council consisting of 5 field leaders; our top earning Executive, International, National, Regional, and Senior Marketing Directors to ensure level-playing field representation of those that have the most at stake in any corporate decision. 3rd Commitment: We re committed to managing our business in a stable and consistent way. We will avoid frequent and unnecessary rules and compensation changes and we will treat your business with the respect it deserves. 4th. Commitment. In the unlikely event that we need to make compensation changes, we ll communicate those changes well in advance and allow you to not only review those compensation changes before they take effect, but to also ask questions to our executive team. 5th. Commitment. Your business is, well, yours! Once you reach the Regional Director level, you will have full, 100% ownership over your business. You will be able to transfer the business to a spouse or children, will it, or even sell it to another Regional Director or above, subject to certain restrictions, so please read our Policies and Procedure manual for complete details.

Compliant While we focus on the positive and enthusiastically promote our product and business opportunity, we do so in a compliant way. To that end, we have developed our Business Opportunity Disclosure where we clearly outline what makes our business opportunity compliant and how we implement the best practices of the Direct Selling Industry to ensure compliance at every step and in every aspect of our business. Here s a quick recap of those Best Practices: We make a clear differentiation between our Customers (we call them Members) and our Representatives (we call them Partners). Anyone can become a Member and that does not automatically make them a Partner. The same is true vice-versa. Some of our Members choose not to become Partners and some of our Partners choose not to be Members. There are costs and processes that are clearly different and separated to ensure there s no confusion. We DO NOT require any Partner to purchase an incruises Membership Product to enter the business nor qualify for any commission or bonus. We DO NOT pay compensation for the recruiting or sponsoring of new Partners. Commissions and bonuses are ONLY paid on the sale of our Membership Product and never on Partner fees to join our opportunity. We require, train, and incent our Partners to market our Membership Product to customers, those that will buy the membership for its outstanding value and merits and will not be joining the business opportunity side of our offer. We make proper disclosure at all times of the earnings potential of the opportunity and we completely prohibit our Partners from using hypothetical earnings projections or examples as well as prohibiting the use of actual earned compensation to showcase the business.

Our membership is simple. Our Members pay $100 per month to join our exclusive club. We provide our members with 2 Cruise Dollars for every $1 they spend in our membership. You can use your Cruise Dollars to book Dream Cruises and Global Destination cruises through your personal cruise shopping site.

Making Cruising more Accessible and Affordable We have two options; Exclusive Dream Cruises and Global Destinations Cruises. Dream Cruises are hand-picked offers that provide the best value in terms of pricing, ports, and overall cruise quality. You can use 100% of your Cruise Dollars towards these offers with no limits!, With Global Destinations Cruises there are thousands of options that you can book directly with us or with the cruise lines, travel agents, or on your favorite online booking sites. 3 ways to join incruises You can join incruises as a Member, which has a cost of $100 per month. We call Members our customers that purchase a Membership Product to earn Cruise Dollars towards saving money on cruises and seeing the world. You can also join as a Partner, which has a one-time activation fee of $195. We call Partners those that join our Independent Business Partner Program to earn compensation from sharing our Membership Product with friends and family Or you can join as both by paying $295 (one-time Partner activation fee of $195 and $100 per month for our membership) We call Partners who are also Members Partner Members. So each time we mention Members in this plan, know that we are referencing Members and Members that are also Partners. Again, as a Partner you do not need, nor are you required to become a Member. We want you to become a Member if, and only if, you want to use your membership to save money on cruises and you want to travel.

Partner program resources and tools As a Partner with incruises you ll get: A Personalized referral link (essentially your own replicated incruises website) Your business email (your_name@incruises.com) An UNLIMITED email marketing system Our Lead Management System to track invitations, registrations, customers and earnings Downloadable Business Cards Live and recorded online training Marketing and promotional materials And even iphone and Android Apps to manage your business on the go Our UNLIMITED email marketing system alone is worth more than $50 per month, so you re getting a lot of value for a one-time activation fee of $195 during your first year and $95 thereafter.

Producer Bonuses These bonuses are paid for enrolling new Members. Each time you personally enroll THREE new Members, within a calendar month, you earn a 33% BONUS commission of: $100.00 You can start earning these bonuses right away and there are no minimums! The more you produce, the more you earn! That simple!

Kick-start Coaching Bonuses Simply, coach your new Partner on how to make their first THREE Member sales within 30 days of getting started and you ll earn a: Nothing could be more rewarding than helping new people get started. Remember that THEIR success, is YOUR success!

PERSONAL Residual Compensation You Since incruises Membership Product is fixed and recurring, you can build a strong and reliable monthly income stream, month-after-month, what we call RESIDUAL INCOME. When you personally refer 5 Members you will UNLOCK PERSONAL RESIDUAL COMPENSATION of $10 for each Member that pays their monthly membership after their initial payment. As soon as you refer 5 Members, we ll also WAIVE your monthly Membership fee if you have purchased a Membership yourself, but your own membership doesn t count 1 of your 5. Maintain 5 Members and you ll have a FREE Membership for life. And yes, you'll still receive Cruise Dollars every single month even though you do not have to pay your monthly Membership dues.

TEAM Residual Compensation By building and maintaining a team of 5 directly referred Partners that have achieved at least 3 Membership sales each, you ll have also unlocked Team Residual Compensation of $5 for each customer that pays their monthly membership after their initial payment. You This compensation is paid up to LEVEL 5, allowing you potentially to earn hundreds and perhaps thousands in monthly residual income! Team Leadership Bonuses Example Team Leadership Bonuses are based on UNLIMTED DEPTH Imagine you had 10 legs (you re 10 wide) and each of your legs does $10,000 in production for a total of $100,000. You would qualify as a Regional Director and earn a $10,000.00 Bonus that month on top of Residual Compensation and our other bonuses. In this example the max production PER LEG would be 10%; way below the maximum 20% per leg rule.
