Guide e-learning module WATER CoRe will create a jointly developed and certified e-learning course with thematic modules on how to improve regional policies and instruments to reduce and mitigate water scarcity and drought effects resulting from climate change developments. The e-learning course will allow dissemination of: collected good practices, proposed regional actions plans and policy recommendations to other EU regions.

Regional Action Plans They represent one of the main output of WATER CoRe, created to ensure the durability of the project results. They are strategic documents to improve water management in each Region by adopting the best practices learnt thanks to WATER CoRe. They should describe and analyze the characteristics of the Region and its problems in the topics addressed by WATER CoRe. Each Region should develop a strategy (action plan) to put in practice some of the experiences learnt during the project implementation. Focal Point for Central and Eastern Europe The Regional Environmental Centre (REC), located in Szentendre (Hungary) is committed to continue providing information about water scarcity and droughts to interested public authorities and stakeholders in Central and Eastern Europe after duration of the project through the WATER CoRe Focal Point on water scarcity and droughts. The REC fulfils this mission by promoting cooperation among NGO s, governments, businesses and other environmental stakeholders, and by supporting the free exchange of information and public participation in environmental decision making.
