COMPOSITION/INFORMATION ON INGREDIENTS Components CAS Number Concentration (Weight) Water 7732-18-5 > 50% Ethanamine, n,n- diethyl- 121-44-8 < 2 % CHEMICAL FAMILY: Urethane Hybrid Polymer. 3. HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION Emergency Overview Moderate respiratory irritant. Moderate skin irritant. Mild eye irritant. Potential Health Effects Inhalation : Harmful if inhaled and may cause delayed lung injury. May cause nose, throat, and lung irritation. Inhalation of vapors and/or aerosols in high concentration may cause irritation of respiratory system. Eye contact : Corneal edema may give rise to a perception of "blue haze" or "fog" around lights. Exposed individuals may see rings around bright lights. This effect is temporary and has no known residual effect. Product vapor can cause glaucopsia (corneal edema) when absorbed into the tissue of the eye from the atmosphere. Contact with eyes may cause irritation. Skin contact Chronic Health Hazard : Causes skin irritation. : This product contains no listed carcinogens according to IARC, ACGIH, NTP and/or OSHA in concentrations of 0.1 percent or greater. Exposure Guidelines 1/7

Target Organs Symptoms : Respiratory system. Skin. : Repeated and/or prolonged exposure to low concentrations of vapors and/or aerosols may cause: Sore throat. Aggravated Medical Condition Asthma. Skin disorders and Allergies. 4. FIRST AID MEASURES General advice : Seek medical advice. If breathing has stopped or is labored, give assisted respirations. Supplemental oxygen may be indicated. If the heart has stopped, trained personnel should begin cardiopulmonary resuscitation immediately. Eye contact : Rinse immediately with plenty of water also under the eyelids for at least 20 minutes. Remove contact lenses. Skin contact Ingestion : Wash off immediately with plenty of water for at least 20 minutes. Immediately remove contaminated clothing, and any extraneous chemical, if possible to do so without delay. : Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. If a person vomits when lying on his back, place him in the recovery position. Prevent aspiration of vomit. Turn victim's head to the side. Inhalation : If breathing has stopped or is labored, give assisted respirations. Supplemental oxygen may be indicated. If the heart has stopped, trained personnel should begin cardiopulmonary resuscitation immediately. Move to fresh air. 5. FIRE-FIGHTING MEASURES Suitable extinguishing media Specific hazards Special protective equipment for fire-fighters : Alcohol-resistant foam. Carbon dioxide (CO2). Dry chemical. Dry sand. Limestone powder. : May generate ammonia gas. May generate toxic nitrogen oxide gases. Use of water may result in the formation of very toxic aqueous solutions. Do not allow run-off from fire fighting to enter drains or water courses. Incomplete combustion may form carbon monoxide. No special precautions required. Burning produces noxious and toxic fumes. : Use personal protective equipment. Wear self contained breathing apparatus for fire fighting if necessary. 6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES 2/7

Personal precautions : Use self-contained breathing apparatus and chemically protective clothing. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection. Evacuate personnel to safe areas. Methods for cleaning up : Prepare a decontamination solution of 0.2-5% liquid detergent and 3-8% concentrated ammonium hydroxide in water. Treat spill area with decontamination solution, using about 10 parts of the solution for each part of the spill and allow it to react for at least 10minutes for trace amounts and 48 hours for large spills. Neutralize the waste. Carbon dioxide will evolve, leaving insoluble polyureas. Contact Air Products' Emergency Response Center for advice. Place in appropriate chemical waste container. Additional advice : If possible, stop flow of product. 7. HANDLING AND STORAGE Handling Emergency showers and eye wash stations should be readily accessible. Adhere to work practice rules established by government regulations. Avoid breathing vapors and/or aerosols. Avoid contact with eyes. Use only in well-ventilated areas. Use personal protective equipment. When using, do not eat, drink or smoke. Storage Do not store near acids. Keep containers tightly closed in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place. Technical measures/precautions Do not store in reactive metal containers. Keep from freezing. 8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS / PERSONAL PROTECTION Engineering measures Provide readily accessible eye wash stations and safety showers. Provide natural or explosion-proof ventilation adequate to ensure concentrations are kept below exposure limits. Personal protective equipment Respiratory protection : Wear appropriate respirator when ventilation is inadequate. Hand protection Eye protection : Nitrile rubber. Impervious gloves. The breakthrough time of the selected glove(s) must be greater than the intended use period. : Chemical safety glasses. Skin and body protection : Long sleeve shirts and trousers without cuffs. Special instructions for : Provide readily accessible eye wash stations and safety showers. Wash at the 3/7

protection and hygiene end of each workshift and before eating, smoking or using the toilet. 9. PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES Form Color : Liquid. : White. Relative density : 1.05 (water = 1) Vapor pressure : 20.10 mmhg at 21 C Density Boiling point/range : 65.549 lb/ft3 (1.05 g/cm3) at 70 F (21 C) : 205 F (96 C) Flash point : > 110 C Water solubility : Completely soluble. 10. STABILITY AND REACTIVITY Stability Materials to avoid Hazardous decomposition products : Stable under normal conditions. : Sodium hypochlorite. Organic acids (i.e. acetic acid, citric acid etc.). Mineral acids. Product slowly corrodes copper, aluminum, zinc and galvanized surfaces. Incompatible with bases. Reaction with peroxides may result in violent decomposition of peroxide possibly creating an explosion. Oxidizing agents. : Nitric acid. Ammonia. Nitrogen oxides (NOx). Nitrogen oxide can react with water vapors to form corrosive nitric acid. Carbon monoxide. Carbon dioxide (CO2). 11. ECOLOGICAL INFORMATION Ecotoxicity effects Aquatic toxicity Toxicity to other organisms : No data available. Persistence and degradability Mobility : No data available. Bioaccumulation 13. DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS Waste from residues / unused products Contaminated packaging : For small quantities (less than 100 gallons): Disposal to municipal or industrial waste water treatment plants is normally acceptable. Obtain approval from these Authorities before disposal. The product does impart a while, milky color to water, which may not be removed or sufficiently diluted by the treatment facility. The product may also cause foaming when agitated. The product can be chemically or biologically degraded. For large quantities: Disposal through licensed waste disposal facilities is suggested. The product can be incinerated, although chemical or biological treatment is sufficient. Chemical precipitation/coagulation can be used to facilitate removal of solids (consult manufacturer for detailed procedure). NOTE: As supplied or diluted, product material (foam included), when splashed on automobiles or other personal property, is difficult to remove if allowed to dry. Contact supplier if guidance is required. : Dispose of container and unused contents in accordance with federal, state, and local requirements. 14. TRANSPORT INFORMATION 5/7
