Ltd., a Government of India Enterprise, under the administrative control of Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, is interested in purchasing Furniture Items (as per List attached). Accordingly, competitive Sealed Offers are invited from interested bidders for supply of Furniture Items (as per the attached List) at Visakhapatnam. Tender document detailing terms and conditions may be downloaded from our web site www.balmerlawrie.com. Pre-Qualification Criteria The bidders should have a Showroom in Visakhapatnam and/or should be an authorized dealer or distributor or stockist or retailer for the offered make and should have After-Sales service facility in Visakhapatnam. Quoting of Rates 1. All the rates should be quoted exclusive of VAT (VAT to be quoted separately) delivered free at the following location : Prathima Paradise, Opposite Coastal Battery, Beach Road, Visakhapatnam 530 001. 2. All items or any specific item may be offered by interested bidders. Validity of offer The offer should be valid for 30 days from the due date of the tender and the rates once submitted, the bidders will be allowed to modify the rates in any manner. Documents required to be submitted Bidders should provide copies of updated necessary papers related to VAT / Sales Tax Registration, PAN, Trade Licence etc. Terms of Payment Full payment will be made by Cheque against delivery of items offered.
