For a period of one(1) year after shipment of goods by the Buyer to the Buyer s customer, NECO will supply, free of charge, FOB per NECO s factory located in Omaha, Nebraska, replacement parts for any parts that NECO identifies to be defective due to workmanship or material. This limited warranty does not extend to parts that wear due to normal operation and need to be replaced periodically. Goods not manufactured by NECO carry only thier manufacturer s warranty. This undertaking is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including merchantability and fi tness for a particular purpose. You must obtain a Return Authority form from NECO prior to returning any defective goods. Those defective goods must be returned, freight-prepaid, to the NECO factory in Omaha, Nebraska. HELPFUL TIPS FOR BIN LINER INSTALLATION 1. 2. 3. 4. 5 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. 11. FOR EASE OF INSTALLATION ALL LINER SHEETS, PLACE CORNER HOLES OVER BIN BOLTS FIRST. THEN, PRESS IN THE OTHER HOLES OF LINER. THIS WILL ENABLE HOLES TO SLIP OVER BIN BOLTS EASILY. FOR BEST RESULTS, INSTALL ONE COMPLETE ROW AT A TIME. THE CIRCLED LETTER A ON REFERENCE DRAWINGS (STARTING THE LINERS: AND LINER ORDER) REFERS TO THE LINER DISTANCE ABOVE THE FLOOR. ON ALL CIRCU-FLOW, SUPER-FLOW, DUAL SWEEP, TWIN SWEEP AND COMMERCIAL FLOW BINS THE LINERS SHOULD BE 6 ABOVE THE DRYING FLOOR. ON STIR- RITES AND OTHER STIRRING MACHINES, THE BIN LINERS SHOULD BE 18 ABOVE THE DRYING FLOOR, UNLESS USED WITH A SUPER-FLOW AND THEN 6 IS THE RULE. ALWAYS PLACE LINERS CENTERED OVER VERTICAL BIN SEAMS, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO USE NUTS FOR LINERS OVER THESE SEAMS. SLOTS IN LINERS ALWAYS ARE AT THE TOP OF THE LINER. TOP LINER SHEETS DO NOT HAVE ANY SLOTS OR HOLES ON THE TOP OF THE LINER. LINERS WILL ONLY WORK ON BINS WITH 9-3/8 HOLE SPACING ON HORIZONTAL BIN SEAMS. ON BINS WITH STIRRING DEVICES AND WITH A FULL BIN RING ON THE BOTTOM, INTERMEDIATE LINER SHEETS WILL BE USED FOR BOTTOM LINER SHEETS. REMOVE INSIDE BIN LADDER AND ANY OTHER OBSTRUCTIONS, PERMANENTLY. FLANGED NUTS AVAILABLE FROM NECO PROVIDE BEST RESULTS. EDGES ON LINERS MAY BE SHARP, BE CAREFUL WHEN HANDLING AND PLEASE USE GLOVES. TOOLS NEEDED: 1. 2. 3. 4. 1/2 Wrenches, sockets. It will be easier if you have a Power Impact Wrench. (Gun) Ladders Gloves Drill, on Butler Bins using 3 8 Ring and 4 Corrugations. The drill will also be required for installing liners around the bin door. 1

BIN LINER INSTALLATION OBSTRUCTIONS Step 1. Remove inside bin ladder and any other inside bin obstructions. BOTTOM LINER INSTALLATION Step 2. Identify bottom liners with illustrated shipping list. Remember, Bins with Stirring Devices and full bottom bin rings, the bottom liner sheets will be the same as the intermediate sheets. Place a bottom liner sheet on the bin wall centered over vertical bin seam and as close as possible to the bin door. Screw on nuts as show below. DO NOT INSTALL NUTS ON TOP SLOTS OVERLAP NEXT LINER, THEN USE NUT SCREW ON NUTS THIS IS WHEN YOU ARE GOING RIGHT TO LEFT AROUND THE BIN, COUNTER- CLOCKWISE (REVERSE SEQUENCE IF YOU ARE INSTALLING LINERS LEFT TO RIGHT, CLOCKWISE.) OVERLAPPING Step 3. Continue to install bottom liners around the bin with an over lap of one bolt. Refer to drawing above also. BIN DOOR Step 4. After bottom liners are installed, Liner installation around the bin door is next. You will have to cut the liner sheets to fit properly around the door. Refer to LINER INSTALLATION AROUND BIN DOORS illustration on Page 10. INTERMEDIATE LINER INSTALLATION Step 5. After full completion of bottom liner row, start intermediate liner row. Start the same as the bottom row with the first sheet over the vertical bin seam and continue around the entire bin. The joints in liners do not necessarily have to line up with each other. Repeat above procedure if you have more than one intermediate row. 3
TOP LINER INSTALLATION Step 6. When intermediate row(s) are complete, start the top row of liners. Again, starting the liners over the vertical bin seam. NOTE: Top liners do not have any top slots or holes. Continue installation around the bin. TOP CLOSURE PLATE INSTALLATION Step 7. There are two types of top closure plates. Tapered and Straight. The Tapered plates are used over the vertical bin seams. The Tapered plates are Right and Left in design. Refer to Closure Plate Installation Diagram on Page 7. The Straight Top Closure Plates are used between the vertical bin seams. IMPORTANT Step 8. Bins with 44 seam spacing require drilling of the liner and the bin. Additional rows of bolts are between existing seam rows. Every course of the Liner must start in the center of the liner sheet over the vertical seam. 4

SHORT STIFFENER INSTALLATION SHORT STIFFENERS ARE REQUIRED ON ALL FLOWS, CIRCU-FLOW AND SUPER-FLOW, DUAL SWEEP, TWIN SWEEP AND COMMERCIAL FLOW INSTALLATIONS. TO INSTALL STIFFENERS REMOVE VERTICAL SEAM BOLTS AND BOLT STIFFENER TO THE SEAM. THEN DRILL FOR REMAINING BOLTS ABOVE SEAM. THERE IS ONE STIFFENER FOR EVERY VERTICAL SEAM.
