Service technicians use this checklist, on site, to ensure that your equipment is properly installed, are in good working order, and are operating with the maximum efficiency and reliability. Any repairs that can be completed on site, are performed. Comprehensive Health Check Report Following the visit, you are provided with a comprehensive report detailing all inspections conducted, repairs performed, and recommendations for improvement. If your equipment is warranted, Laird will schedule repairs on any eligible equipment. Periodic Field Service Agreements A shortage of skilled technicians can impact any business. Our Periodic Field Service Agreement allows you to schedule on site visits from our field service technicians to ensure your systems are running properly and regular repair and maintenance needs are covered.
