Our membership is comprised of professional law enforcement personnel from throughout the state. Supervisors, evidence staff, and other members of law enforcement who utilize and purchase materials and wares, are sure to find your products / services of great interest. Property and evidence units require many specialty items such as field products, storage equipment, packaging supplies, specialty clothing and computer logistics. The successful operation of an evidence facility is greatly dependent upon quality products, services, and your company is high on our list. Lastly, as we all know, vendors play a key role in the production of a successful seminar. Did you know? Property Evidence Officers throughout the state wear many hats. Typically Property Evidence workers preform a large variety of duties including Forensics, Fleet Maintenance, Records, Dispatch, Parking Control, Equipment Room Management, and other duties as assigned. We understand that not all affiliates are able to attend our event either for budgetary constraints, or maybe your product / service, although law enforcement friendly doesn t fully parallel our industry. No worries! We have the solution for you! Training C.A.P.E. App - Advertise on our 2017 CAPE Seminar App. Advertising on the app is a quick and easy way to generate potential customers. We are offering a scrolling banner ad and launch icon (Linked to your website) for just $100. These ads will run for the weeks leading up to the conference and throughout the duration of the event and beyond. Marketing Flier - For just $75. CAPE will include your small novelty item, flier, brochure, or single page marketing materials in our attendees welcome bag. We believe this will be a less expensive & successful alternative for many companies wishing to participate. We listened to your feedback and based on our most recent vendor survey, we have implemented a major change for 2017. Instead of the typical three days of vendor displays, we will be limiting the showroom floor to one day. (Tuesday April 4 th.) We have reduced the general cost, increased your number of lunch tickets for your staff to 3, created additional break out session opportunities (Wednesday) and have added some additional services for marketing. We hope this will be a win-win situation for your company and staff. We have also created networking opportunities with an open invitation to join us for the Monday Night Mixer and are continuing the traditional Tuesday Evening Wine Stroll in the vendor room.

Vice Training FEE SCHEDULE FOR ON-SITE AND NON-SITE VENDORS Vendor space $600.00 - This includes a secured 8 x 8 area with skirted table and two chairs, morning coffee cart, lunch for three of your staff members, (Tuesday April 4 th.) participation in the Monday Night Mixer event, Vendor Appreciation Event, and company profile information in the Seminar App. Break-out sessions $500.00 Break-out sessions will be limited to Wednesday (April 5 th.) There are four time slots that will align with the class schedule and are limited to the first four exhibitors paid. CAPE App - Scrolling Banner Ad & Custom Launch Icon: $100.00 CAPE has implemented its very own proprietorial seminar app which attendees will use constantly to navigate classes, activities and network with other professionals. With the purchase of this service CAPE will post your company logo (Or your personalized graphic) as a scrolling banner ad and launch icon which is a direct link to your company s website. Welcome Bag Marketing Items $75.00 CAPE will insert your marketing material into our attendees welcome bags. Your material can include postcards, brochures, single sheet documents and any small novelty marketing items. Pens, pencils, etc. (Provided by vendor) The Exhibitor Appreciation Event is specifically designed to allow seminar attendees to spend time with the vendors when they are not rushing off to another class. It will be held between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 4, 2017. Please take advantage of the App template, as it is included with your on-site registration fees and will be your responsibility to provide all of your requested information to the app coordinator for uploading to the program. Hotel accommodations will be available at the special seminar rate as long as the block of rooms reserved for C.A.P.E. are available.
