Do you know anyone who doesn't own at least one t-shirt? Almost every person owns at least one t-shirt. Take a look at a street in Spring, Summer or Autumn. How many of these pedestrians wear t-shirts? A lot. 12 years ago, we opened 3 stores, selling t-shirts. And it was a huge success, right from year one. The proof it has been a success, is because we have been in business for 12 years. If you visited one of our stores, you saw there was, almost always, a lot of customers inside (and buying). In this book, I'll show you how you can too, profit from selling t-shirts. Do I need to open a store? Not necessarily. Of course you can open a store. But that's only one of the possibilities you have to profit from selling t-shirts. There are other profitable ways of selling t-shirts. So let's take a look at those possibilities. Stores Sure you can open a t-shirt store. We know it's very profitable. And it's not so difficult to open a t- shirt store, as long as you have the right product, and you find the right place. You don't need a big store. Even with a small store, with 20 square meters, you can open a t-shirt store. Are you a retailer? In case you already own a store, you can also sell t-shirts. Even if it's not a clothing store. These kind of t-shirts can be sold on different kind of stores. We've seen selling t-shirts in clothing stores (of course), newsstands, gift shops, bars, beach stands, and even in restaurants. You only need a wall with 1 meter wide to display dozens of t-shirts. In a typical display with 1 meter wide you can easily display 24 different designs. That's a lot of choices for your customers. Know anyone who owns a Store? But even if you don't own a store, maybe you have a relative, or a friend who owns a store. In this case, you can also profit from selling t-shirts. Make an agreement with your friend. Rent a small part of the store, or pay him a commission from sales, and start selling t-shirts. Besides, t-shirts attract many customers to stores. Customers may enter to buy t-shirts, and also buy other products sold in the store. It's a win-win scenario.

Mall Kiosks Have you seen those small stands at walkways in shopping centers? Those stands are called kiosks, and they are one of the best kept secrets in retail. It's almost impossible to ignore those kiosks. Right in front of customers. And customers don't need to enter a store too see the products. Products are right there. Customers can see them. And they can even touch and grab those products. Another advantage of kiosks is that you don't have to sign a long term lease with shopping centers. These leases are short term. Usually one month. But you can negotiate other terms. T-shirts are great products to sell on kiosks. In fact, I think they are the only clothes suitable for selling in kiosks. And these are the reasons why: Almost no one tries on t-shirts. Everyone knows which size they wear. And it's easy to look at a t-shirt and decide what size is the right size. T-shirts don't need much space for display. You can display dozens of t-shirts in a kiosk. Even though t-shirts are sold every time of the year, it's in Summer that they are more demanded. And it's easy to lease a kiosk in Summer. Most shopping centers have ready made kiosks that you can rent. You only need the merchandise. Temporary stores Market, fairs and outdoor exhibitions are another great way to sell t-shirts. Every town or city have several markets, fairs or exhibitions per year. And if you live in a big city, there are always several per week. And people love to shop on those little stand stores. Small markets are a big trend According to retail experts R. Lewis and Michael Dart, in the famous book Retail's Seismic Shift, buying in small markets is a huge trend for the future. Consumers are very concerned with ecology and protecting local and small businesses. These markets are a way of consumers connecting with small retailers. And besides that, customers are more in the mood for buying in markets. You see, when people go to these markets, they are joyful. They eat at some of these stands (and there are always a lot of stands selling food). And they even drink. So they are happy. And happy people buy a lot more. They pass by your small stand and they see a funny t-shirt. It's a t-shirt about beer. One of them says: Hey, that t-shirt is the perfect present for my brother. I must buy that t-shirt Those impulse sales, will be responsible for the major part of your sales. Music festivals, sport events,... But there are other events where you can sell t-shirts - music festivals, trade events, sport events, and many others. All of these events bring thousands of people. And many of these events take place on weekends. It's perfect for someone who has a full time job, and wants to make money on a part time business.

Online store It has never been so easy to open and manage an online store. You don't need any special technical skills. There are web companies where you can open a ready made store. And with just a few clicks, the store is ready to sell. Companies like Shopify or Wix, provide an easy way to open an e-store. Another option is to host your store in a shared server and use a free software for online stores (like Woocommerce, Magento, or Prestahop). Hosting a store on a shared server is very cheap (around 10 ). Open a free store And there's an even easier and free way of selling online. I'm talking about Facebook. Yes. It's possible to open a store in Facebook. It's free. It's easy. And there are millions of people on Facebook. Etsy, Ebay You've probably heard about Ebay, or Etsy. Those are platforms where sellers can present their products to millions of customers. The numbers, in these two platforms, are extraordinary. There are really millions, and millions, of customers buying millions of Euros of products. And one of the most popular category is t-shirts. Opening a store on Ebay or Etsy is easy and very cheap. They have perfected the whole process. In less than one hour, you can create and add dozens of products to your new store. Of course, there are a lot of sellers on those sites. But that also means the demand is high. Go to Etsy, and take a look on stores selling t-shirts. Many of them have amazing sales you can check their sales there. And one of the best categories is funny t-shirts. Other ways. These are some of the ways you can sell t-shirts. And of course, there are more. But the thing is, you can sell t-shirts in several ways. It all depends on whether you want to have a full time business, or a part-time business. You can have an online store, and occasionally sell on markets. Or, if you own a store, you can sell on your store, and sell on Etsy. You just choose the best way for you. Where to find t-shirts This is certainly the most difficult, and most important, aspect of selling t-shirts finding t-shirts to sell. You can order your t-shirts from a manufacturer, or a t-shirt printing company. There are several companies out there.

T-shirt printing companies are not a good option There are some problems from ordering from these companies: You must make the design of the print (and the print is the most important part of the t- shirt). You don't know, in advance, which designs will sell better. You'll probably have to loose many thousands of Euros, just to figure out which designs are better. They can have competitive prices, but only if you order more than 100 t-shirts. And all t- shirts must have the same design and same color to get those prices. Buying from China Another option is to buy directly from China. But buying from China has the same problems as buying from a t-shirt printing company. Namely: You must make the design. You don't know which designs will sell the most. And besides, there are also other problems: Quality is not the main attribute of Chinese manufacturers. Sure they can also make quality products. But you had to control the quality in China. That's what the big brands do. Small businesses can't go to China, and control the quality of the products. It's too expensive. There's a probability of never receiving your order. And remember you have to pay in advance. No one will start to manufacture your order before you pay 100% of the total amount. I myself, had this problem once. I ordered form China and the order never arrived. Every order is made after you order. They don't have products stocked. It means several weeks to manufacture, and another several weeks for transportation. They all have minimum quantity for orders. And those minimums are quite high for a small retailer. That's why we created an easy program for people wanting to sell t-shirts. Our wholesale program You can benefit from wholesale prices, buying directly from our website, and re-selling the t-shirts. The process is quite simple. You buy, just as a regular customer. But when you buy more than a defined amount, the program automatically applies the wholesale discount. No need to apply for a wholesale account In other wholesale t-shirts sites, you have to first apply for a wholesale account. And they ask you a lot of questions, like your business license, and other questions. I really don't understand why they ask such questions. We have a different approach. Maybe it's because we are also retailers. Some of these wholesalers even make you promise not to sell on Ebay and Etsy. With us, you can sell wherever you want. We don't care. You can compete with us. There's plenty of market for both of us to profit.

Only best sellers on our website The t-shirts we sell on our website, are the same t-shirts we sell on our stores. We don't try to sell old designs for online clients. The designs you'll find on our website, are the best designs and those who sell the most. And we have all kind of customers with different nationalities. So, our designs appeal to a broad audience. Easy to get wholesale prices It's true you have to buy a certain quantity to get a wholesale price. But it's a small quantity. Easily achievable. And you can combine any different designs, different t-shirt models, and different sizes. As long as your order reaches the wholesale value, you get the discount. This means you don't have to invest a lot of money to have a collection with different designs. Huge margins With our wholesale prices, you can multiply the price by 2, or even 3, and still sell at competitive prices. Big choice We have a big choice of funny t-shirts. And also other designs t-shirts. Every year, we add several designs. Our team Finally, I want to talk about our team. If you visited our stores, you met some people of our team, and you know how we work. We are committed to help our customers. How it works All prices shown at our website are regular prices (not wholesale prices). When you add to the shopping cart more than 30 t-shirts, you'll get a 50% discount. This means, for example, a t-shirt costing 14.90 will have a final price of 7.45. We have very competitive shipping costs From 30 to 59 t-shirts- 15 From 60 to 99 t-shirts- 25 More than 100 t-shirts- 40 For the moment, we are only selling wholesale for customers in Europe. If you live outside Europe and wish to buy wholesale, please contact us. You can buy now at www.tshirtsandallstore.com
