The company has successfully finalized the installation of the machinery for the production of Triangular and Round Pencils, Carpenter pencils. All these products are made for the Excellent Quality and user experience. Plan is to manufacture all possible best quality stationery products. Asian has been one of the oldest player among all the pencil makers and is proud to be one of the first third company to set-up a pencil factory in India. This Achievement was made possible with the hard work and sincere efforts of the complete team of staff and workers of Asian family and support of customers.
Quality Standards - ISO An ISO 9001:2015 Company Asian Pencils is an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Company. ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization: needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Quality Standards - 5S IMPLEMENTATION OF 5-S IN THE FACTORY 5S is the name of a workplace organization method that uses a list of five Japanese words: seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, and shitsuke. Transliterated into Roman script, they all start with the letter "S". (1) The list describes how to organize a work space for efficiency and effectiveness by identifying and storing the items used, maintaining the area and items, and sustaining the new order. (2) The decision-making process usually comes from a dialogue about standardization, which builds understanding among employees of how they should do the work.
Quality Standards Sedex SMETA Corrective Action Plan A SMETA audit was conducted which included some or all of Labour Standards, Health and Safety, Environment and Business ethics. The SMETA Best Practice Guidance Version 5 December 2015 was applied. The scope of workers included all types at the site e.g. direct employees, agency workers, workers employed by service providers, and workers provided by other contractors. Any deviations from the SMETA Methodology are stated (with reasons for deviation) in the SMETA Declaration.
