By analysing the indicators and objective achievement in relation to changes in the operating environment, the National Forest Strategy s impact can be evaluated in connection with the annual monitoring exercise. Finnish Bioeconomy Strategy 2014 Background Source: The Finnish Bioeconomy Strategy increase the bioeconomy output up to EUR 100 billion by 2025 and to create 100 000 new jobs strategic goals are: 1) a competitive operating environment for the bioeconomy, 2) new business from the bioeconomy, 3) a strong bioeconomy competence base, and 4) accessibility and sustainability of biomasses. - drafted by different Ministries, as well as research organisations + stakeholders representing the bioeconomy - all interested in the topic were also invited to express their views in the Otakantaa.fi survey and the Biotalous.fi website. 10
