Health 0 Flammability 1 Reactivity 0 SECTION 6 ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES General: Hydro Green Plus with takifier is biodegradable and will not cause damage to trees or vegetation by root absorption. Land spill: Vacuum, shovel, or sweep Hydro Green Plus with takifier and place containers for disposal in accordance with applicable state and local regulations. No personal protective equipment is needed to clean up land spills. Water spill: Hydro Green Plus with takifier will not cause localized contamination of surrounding waters. There is no known damage at high concentrations to local vegetation, fish, or other aquatic life. This product s inherent design is to be used with other compatible revegetation products. SECTION 7 HANDLING AND STORAGE Precautions for Safe Handling: No special handling precautions are required. To maintain package integrity, bags should be handled on a first- in, first- out basis. Conditions for safe storage, including incompatibilities: Dry, indoor storage is recommended. SECTION 11 TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION Routes of exposure: Inhalation is the most significant route of exposure in occupational and other settings. Dermal exposure is not usually a concern as cellulose compounds are not absorbed through intact skin. Hydro Green Plus with takifier is not intended for ingestion. Symptoms related to the physical, chemical, and toxicological characteristics: Symptoms of cellulose exposure include runny nose, sneezing, and coughing. Delayed and immediate effects as well as chronic effects from short and long- term exposure: No chronic or reproductive effects from cellulose have been reported in the literature. 3

Acute toxicity: Cellulose: Oral LD 50 (rat): >5,000 mg/kg of body weight Dermal LD 50 (rabbit): >2,000 mg/kg of body weight Inhalation LC 50 (rat): >5.8 mg/l Dermal irritation/corrosivity: Nonirritating, nonsensitizing. Eye irritation: No information found. Chronic health hazards: No chronic effects from cellulose has been reported in the literature. Reproductive effects: No reproductive effects from cellulose found in the literature. Hydro Green Plus with takifier contains C.I. Basic Green 4 which is a suspected reproductive toxicant (Category 2) but is present at less than 0.1% by weight in the final product. Carcinogenicity: Cellulose and other ingredients are not listed as known or suspected carcinogen by OSHA, ACGIH, NTP, or IARC. SECTION 12 ECOLOGICAL INFORMATION Cellulose: No information found. C.I. Basic Green 4: Acute/prolonged toxicity to fish: LC 50 (Leuciscus idus) (96- hr): 1.87 mg/l (ATE) Acute/prolonged toxicity to aquatic invertebrates: EC 50 (Daphnia magna) (48- hr): 6.0 mg/l (ATE) SECTION 13 DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS Waste disposal method: Small quantities of Hydro Green Plus with takifier can usually be disposed of at Municipal Landfill sites. No specific disposal treatment is required, but refer to state and local regulations for site- specific requirements. Tonnage quantities of this product should not be landfilled. Such product should, if possible, be re- used for an appropriate application. RCRA Hazard Class: This product is not listed as a hazardous waste under any sections of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). California Hazardous Waste Designation: California identifies substances with acute LD 50 s less than 5000 mg/kg as hazardous wastes. Hydro Green Plus with takifier is therefore not a hazardous waste if spilled in California. Refer to Regulatory Information for additional information. SECTION 14 TRANSPORT INFORMATION US Department of Transportation: Hydro Green Plus with takifier is not a U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) Hazardous Material or DOT Hazardous Substance. Other agencies: Hydro Green Plus with takifier has no U.N. Number, and is not regulated under international rail, highway, or air transportation regulations. Section 15- REGULATORY INFORMATION TSCA NO.: Hydro Green Plus with takifier does not appear on the EPA TSCA inventory list. RCRA: Hydro Green Plus with takifier is not listed as a hazardous waste under any sections of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act or regulations (40) CFR 261 et seq.). 4

Hydro Green Plus with takifier is not listed under CERCLA (the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act) or its 1986 amendments, SARA, (the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act), including substances listed under Section 313 of SARA, Toxic Chemicals, 42 USC 11023, 40 CFR 372.65; Section 302 of SARA, Extremely Hazardous Substances, 42 USC 11002, 40 CFR 355; or the CERCLA Hazardous Substances list, 42 USC 9604, 40 CFR 302. SAFE DRINKING WATER ACT: Hydro Green Plus with takifier is not regulated under the SDWA, 42 USC 300g- 1, 40 CFR 141 et seq. Clean Water Act (Federal Water Pollution Control Act): 33 USC 1251 et seq. a.) Hydro Green Plus with takifier is not itself a discharge covered by any water quality criteria of Section 304 of the CWA, 33USC 1314 b.) It is not on the Section 307 List of Priority Pollutants, 33 USC 1317, 40 CFR 129 c.) It is not on the Section 311 List of Hazardous Substances, 33 USC 1321, 40 CFR 116. OSHA/CAL OSHA: This SDS document meets the requirements of both OSHA (29 CFR 1910.1200) and Cal OSHA (Title 8 CCR 5194(g)) hazard communication standards.
