Background of Woodland Facility 1904 St. Croix Paper Company was founded. 1906 1915 2 Paper Machines and hydro facilities were constructed. 1963 Mill purchased by GP, Kraft Mill constructed in 1965.

Background of Woodland Facility 2001 Mill purchased by Domtar 2010 IGIC Purchased Mill 2011 Significant investment in natural gas pipeline. 2011 Converted all Bunker C burners to natural gas 2012 Bleaching Sequence modified to improve quality. 2013 Turbine controls replaced 2013 ClO2 Heat exchanger installed 2014 Pulp Dryer Flakt dryer air handling system replaced. 2015 NCG/SOG combustion added to recovery boiler.

History of Baileyville Town of Baileyville incorporated in 1828 Baileyville is located in Washington County. Total population in county of 33,000; Baileyville 1,500. The mill is the county s largest employer and has long been the main economic engine for Downeast Maine and S.W. New Brunswick. 6 supporting jobs for every one directly employed at the mill. Employees travel from considerable distances, up to 1.5 hrs. one way to work at the mill.
