About Us We are Creative Shade Solutions - an independent, family owned business first established in 2006. Our headquarters, which includes an expansive 18,000 square foot fabrication facility, is based in Tarpon Springs, Florida with additional sub-stations and sales representatives located throughout the state. It is a professional grade cloth used frequently to create fabric structures, awnings, sails and shade covers because it is both heavy duty and extremely durable. Also known as Coolaroo Fabric, this high performance cloth incorporates a variety of features and benefits It is engineered to breathe or allow cool breezes to flow through it freely which significantly reduces the temperature beneath it. It blocks up to 98.8% of harmful UV rays. It is flame resistant, NFPA 701, Test 2 (2004) and E-84; and heat set to limit shrinkage. Waterproof Cloth is available in select colors. In addition to all that, the fabric is lead free, phthalate free and 100% recyclable. Sails/Multi-Level Sails Our Sails and Multi-Level Sails offer an endless number of design possibilities and greatly enhance the visual interest of any space. Even the most irregular of spaces can be easily covered using multi-level, multi-color sails or eye-catching polygons. Shade Sails can be constructed to augment the largest or smallest of spaces and designed to suit any style preference and budget. We select and install our products with the utmost care. The cloth from which our sails are fabricated boasts the highest UV, wind and fire rating on the market today. Additionally, these sails are easily removable in the event of a hurricane. All our sails are commercial grade and range in weight from 320 to 360 gsm (gsm or oz/sq yd), with our Waterproof Sails weighing 435 gsm. Customized shapes and sizes can be designed ranging anywhere from 10 x 10 up to 45 x 40. We install them using perimeter cable pockets that are double layered with corners that are reinforced. Single Post Umbrellas Our Single Post Umbrella is an ideal option for smaller, more contained spaces. We have found they best suit individual benches located in and around schools, daycare sandboxes, tennis courts, dog parks and pool decks. This structure can also be installed with the Cantilever option, which means the post is set off to the side. They have served as a favorable option for schools working with limited funds or areas with limited access due to underground utilities. Sizes range from 8' x 8' up to 18' x 18'. The NEW Epic Single Post The EPIC Single Post is our most exciting, most stylish new feature. This structure is ideal for creating striking entrance ways and glamorous seating/lounging areas. We have installed them to the enormous satisfaction of many high end resorts and restaurants as well as at a number of water and amusement parks. Sizes range from 15' x 15' up to 20' x 20'. Play Systems Play Systems are retro-fitted structures that are built to fit directly onto existing playground equipment. Designed specifically with budget constraints in mind, this is an affordable shade option that can be installed easily and conveniently at a very low cost. Sizes range from 10' x 10' up to 15' x 15'. SEATING POOL DECKS SPORT COURTS CARPORTS Cantilever Shade Structures When an unobstructed view is the desired effect, Cantilever Shade Structures are ideal. Their inspired design only has posts on one side of a standard pyramid or gable roof structure. The benefits of using this type of structure is that no more than two posts are used for a single structure. It can also be installed without posts by mounting it onto a solid wall. The structure can protrude up to 18' from the posts or wall thus providing ample shade with a wide open outlook. Cantilever Shade Structures often serve as a perfect solution. When installed as carports, they eliminate cumbersome side posts making it easier to park and open car doors. When installed on pool decks, they keep the area free of obstructive posts. PLAYGROUNDS 4-Post Structures For the clients that require or prefer a more traditional look, we offer 4 Post Structures. These are extremely sturdy structures that are built using the standard four post pyramid/gable roof with a steel frame to support the shade cloth. The structure can be either free standing or partly attached to a building and can be used virtually anywhere. Custom sizes can be created ranging anywhere from 10' x 10' up to 45' x 40'. SEATING 6-Post Structures When shade is required for a more expansive area, we recommend the 6 Post Structure. In cases where the structure will exceed 45' x 40', we can install the hip roof structures side by side or back to back. 4-Post Kite Structures For a sleeker, more contemporary look, the 4 Post Kite Structure is a more creative option. An attractive cousin of the 4 Post hip roof structures, the 4 Post Kite is a sturdy structure built with a steel frame to support the shade cloth of which one point is higher. The standard entry level height of these structures is 7' x 7' x 7' x 12'. They are ideal for square areas ranging anywhere from 20' x 20' up to 25' x 25'. YMCA POOL DECK SEATING AMUSEMENT PARKS Hexagon/Octagon Structures Creating shade for round areas can be easily and effectively achieved with our Hexagon/Octagon Structures. As illustrated in the picture above, we created a 45 round octagon shade to cover a popular children s ride at an amusement park in Orlando. These handsome, stream lined sails can be practical, whimsical or both depending on your needs, your home, your style. Creating shaded areas around your home has never been easier or so affordable. Customized to suit your individual preference - our Residential Sails can be used to create all kinds of spaces inspired patios, designated entertaining space between trees, semi sheltered boat storage and play sets. You imagine it, we ll create it. You may choose from our standard Webbing Edge Sails or design their own. Our customized Residential Sails include: stainless steel triangular hardware on all corners and a heavy duty webbing inside a perimeter pocket; corners that are reinforced on all custom sizes (with a maximum length of 25 ); grommets and hardware upgrades available upon request. Because of the quality of the Commercial 95 TM cloth, all our Residential Sails are superior to imported options available in the market.
