The development of a rapidly changing global situation, in order to at this complex and changeable authorities to better development of China's national economy, the State Council put forward "One Belt and One Road" major strategic decisions. The core of the strategic decision-making is the cultivation of innovative talents. The paper discusses mainly from these aspects that the significance of this on the "One Belt and One Road" strategic thinking in personnel training, talent education under the specific requirements of the strategic thinking of the path and under the vision of personnel training. Introduction "One Belt and One Road" strategic thinking is our contemporary national leaders, an important national strategic guidance strategies based on the current global situation and made. Which is the "Silk Road Economy by the band" and the "21st Century Maritime Silk Road" guiding ideology of an abbreviation.
