IBM experts walked you through a brief exercise constructed to help you address your business opportunity in ways you may never have thought of before. We wanted to show you that we want to be your innovation partner, and we hope we did that. Ideate Together, we came up with multiple innovative ideas to address your business opportunity. We ve recorded these ideas, grouped them, and have them listed in the following pages. Ideation Automate Manual Entry We performed a group Ideation exercise where we encouraged absurdity. This created thinking beyond the status quo This is where disruptive ideas are born. Intelligent Routing In the span of just a few minutes, we generated several innovative ideas around the following areas: Communication Platform We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them. Big Ideas From the ideas we generated in the Ideation exercise, we found the common themes, or Big Ideas. These ideas help us anticipate what Bluemix services and APIs could power your solutions. 1-Automate Manual Entry From a visual recognition to provide a photo check-in service, to a virtual assistant that leverages Watson speech to text to make the manual record keeping tasks streamlined. Blockchain could power a ledger that documents each stop and transaction details. 2-Intelligent Routing Geotagging and weather integration to provide contextual push notifications around challenges (e.g. :its going to rain later get your route done early! ). This could also collect data on the stop that require the most time and plan route that maximize efficiency. Cognitive graph or graphql type services could provide dashboard visualizations. 3-Communication Platform A voice based communication platform could streamline communication between the drivers and the supply station. Could leverage Watson speech to text for asynchronous communication. Could include include share location data and other relevant information to avoid costly schedule conflicts. Confidential
