Tier Assessment/Setting - Quick Guide to Competency Levels RESEARCH OPERATIONS Competency Fundamental Skilled Advanced Interactions with IRB Candidate has used the system to successfully submit documents for at least two types of submissions (e.g., new protocol, amendment, continuing review, safety event). Candidate has used the system to successfully submit at least 4 types of submissions (e.g., new protocol, amendment, continuing review, safety event).
