i-shipsst Quick Reference User Guide i-shipsst Basic Track/Trace i-shipsst Basic Track/Trace can be accessed directly from the i-shipsst web site at www.shipsst.com. The Basic Track/Trace has been designed to give anyone with a Bill Number, a ProBill Number or an Interline Number the ability to obtain basic track/trace information about a shipment. The user just needs to enter any one of the items shown below and click on Submit. This Basic Track/Trace request will show the following basic information. Note that the information about the shipper and consignee are only shown on a summary level. 1 Rev. 2013-01-18

i-shipsst for Customers i-shipsst for Customers can be accessed from either the main SST web site at www.shipsst.com and then clicking on the i-shipsst link or from the i-shipsst web page at www.i-shipsst.com or www.ishipsst.com. This will bring up the login page as shown below. There are three main options on this page: Home this will return you to the i-shipsst welcome page Login this page is where you enter the previously assigned userid and password to gain access to the information on your account. Register This is the page where you would register your user id and password once your account has been given an Access Code for your company to i-shipsst. For information on obtaining an Access Code please call SST Customer Service at 801-462-2535 or email CustomerService@ShipSST.com. 2 Rev. 2013-01-18

Register for i-shipsst In order to use i-shipsst you must be a registered customer of Superior Service Transport and your account must be enabled for i-shipsst services. Once your account has enabled you will be given and Access Code. You will need that Access Code to complete the registration page shown below. For information on obtaining an Access Code please call SST Customer Service at 801-462-2535 or email CustomerService@ShipSST.com. Once you have your Access Code you can establish as many users for your company as needed. 3 Rev. 2013-01-18

Login for i-shipsst Logging in to i-shipsst is very simple. Just enter the Username and password you created when you registered. If you have forgotten your password you can click on Have you forgot your username/password? Click Here a If you have forgotten your password you can click on Have you forgot your username/password? Click Here and enter the Email address that was used when you registered for the account and then click on Send My Password. After a few minutes you will get and email with a temporary password that can be used to sign in. It is recommended that you go to the Profile page and update the password. 4 Rev. 2013-01-18

i-shipsst for Customers The feature set for i-shipsst for Customers includes the following: Profile this page can be used to review the customer profile and to reset or change the password. Order Entry from these pages customers can enter shipping details, create a Bill of Lading and automatically notify SST dispatch when the shipment is ready for pickup. Rate Quotes from these pages customers are able to get quotes for shipments Trace this feature provides a wide range of features by which customers can initiate a search for a shipment as well as obtain details about the Caller, Shipper Consignee, Trace numbers, Billing Details as well as retrieve and print images for Bills of Lading and Delivery Receipts/Proof of Delivery. Logout will end your session and terminate access. Profile for i-shipsst From the Profile page you can update the demographics for a user as well as change the password for the account. 5 Rev. 2013-01-18

Trace for i-shipsst The Trace page provides a wide range of ability to locate a particular shipment and to drill down to get detailed information about the shipment. Customers can customers obtain details about the Caller, Shipper Consignee, Trace numbers, Billing Details as well as retrieve and print images for Bills of Lading and Delivery Receipts/Proof of Delivery. Basic Search From the basic search you are able to search using a partial or complete Bill Number, Trace Number, ProBill Number or an Interline Number. Select the desired option on the Search Field, select a Search Style of either Starts With or Exact and the desired Search Value. To do a partial search, enter the beginning number of desired item. For example, if you wish to find all shipments that the ProBill was in the range of 0015000to 0015999 you would enter as below and click on Trace. This returns a list of shipments that meet the selection criteria. In this case and for this customer the list contains 11 shipments. Also please note that you can download this list to Excel, email the list or print the list to your local printer. 6 Rev. 2013-01-18

By clicking on one of the blue Bill Numbers a detailed page of shipment is presented. On this page the following is shown o Caller, Shipper and Consignee Information o Start Zone, End Zone o Scheduled Pick Up and Delivery o If there was another carrier involved the name of the carrier and the From/To Zones o The status history for the shipment (coming soon) o If the customer was the bill to the billing details will be presented o Images of the BOL and DR are shown. To access these images click on the Adobe Acrobat icon associated with the document type. A new window will open with the image. 7 Rev. 2013-01-18

Advance Search The Advance Search function significantly expands the search capabilities by allowing the customer to add selection criteria for: o Pick Up Date to use this criteria check the box before Pick Up By and enter dates as mm/dd/yyyy or use the box to select a date. o Delivery Date- to use this criteria check the boxes before Deliver By and enter dates as mm/dd/yyyy or use the boxes to select a date. o Pick Up Zone - to use this criteria check the box before Pick Up Zone and enter a zip code or use the box to select a city by name or zip code. o Delivery Zone - to use this criteria check the box before Delivery Zone and enter a zip code or use the box to select a city by name or zip code. o Current Status (will be operational soon) o Consignee By clicking on the box below the consignee name a list of all consignees for that customer will be displayed 8 Rev. 2013-01-18

Rate Quote for i-shipsst Using the i-shipsst Rate Quote features customers can get rate quotes on line. Customers can input: Start Zone enter a zip code or use the box to select a city by name or zip code End Zone enter a zip code or use the box to select a city by name or zip code Service Level for now only Regular service is available Line Items as Need Click on the Green icon to add more line items Select the Commodity choose the commodity class from the pull down menu Number of Pieces and Type Weight and Unit of Measurement Identify Dangerous Goods - identify as True or False Select Accessorial Charges That May Apply Clicking on Get Rate Quote will do two things. First it will create the quote and display the information in a window as shown below. Second it will save the quote, in this case as WQ272 for future reference by the customer and by SST Customer Service. 9 Rev. 2013-01-18

Order Entry for i-shipsst Using the i-shipsst Order Entry feature customers can enter all of the details for a particular shipment. At the completion and acceptance of the input the customer can print a bill of lading. It is important to recognize that when an order/bol has been completed SST s dispatch is notified of the pickup request and they will automatically schedule a driver to stop by the address listed on the order/bol. Click on Order Entry to get started. From this screen you can enter a new order or review previously entered orders by their status. 10 Rev. 2013-01-18

The top block contains the contact information. Generally the Shipper information will be completely filled in based upon the customers information on file. If the Shipper information is different you can click on the address icon can select a different shipper. To select the Consignee you can either enter the information directly or click on the Address icon to select entries from your companies address book. To select an address simply double click on it and it will be included as the Consignee. The entries in the address book can be self-managed. For the initial population of the address book all of the companies that you have shipped to in the past that are also customers of SST will be automatically included. Additionally, your company can add as many entries as needed regardless if they are SST customers or not. If the Bill To is a third party you can add that at this time as well. The only valid third party Bill To customers that will be shown are customers that are also known SST customers. Next, select the Bill To by choosing Shipper, Consignee or Other. 11 Rev. 2013-01-18

If the selected party does not have an active account with SST you will get the following error message. You can either change the Bill To to be the shipper or if you want the shipment to go driver collect select DRVUTSALA DRIVER COLLECT in the Other column. 12 Rev. 2013-01-18

Next you will need to input the information about the shipment. In this example the first line item on the shipment is a pallet that contains an engine and transmission that weighs 650 lbs. When all of the entries for the line item are correct you MUST click on the green check mark to add the line item. If a line item in the shipment contains Dangerous Goods or HAZMAT, set the Dangerous Goods column to True and enter the details in the Notes section. 13 Rev. 2013-01-18

If there are specific dates for pickup and delivery click on the + sign in front of the Dates line to expand the dates portion. Here you can enter any specifics you may have for the shipment as a whole. Please keep in mind that SST ships to the majority of the state of Utah overnight. The section allows for the entry of any Trace Numbers that are necessary for the shipment as a whole. You can enter as many trace numbers as desired ensuring to click the check mark to add the trace number to the list. The next section is provided to document any Accessorial charges required. When all of the information about the shipment has been entered click on either the Hold or Complete button. The Hold button will keep the details of the shipment on file but NOT trigger the activities for picking up the freight. At a later time you can come back to i-shipsst and review all of the shipments on Hold and make changes as needed. When you select the Complete button you will get a screen summarizing the shipment as well as generate notice to SST Dispatch to pick up the shipment. 14 Rev. 2013-01-18
