June 2007 to August 2009: United Nations World Food Program (UN WFP), Ethiopia/Dire Dawa Sub Office s Field Monitor Served as focal person for Productive Safety Net Program (PSNP), Post Distribution Monitoring Program (PDM), Emergency Relief Program, and Vulnerability Analysis and Mapping (VAM) programs. Trained on Emergency Food Security Analysis (EFSA); Household Economic Approach (HEA), baseline data collection and analysis and seasonal assessments organized by Livelihood Integration Unit (LIU) funded by USAID.
