- Region I: Pangasinan, La Union and Ilocos Sur - Region II: Isabela, Quirino and Nueva Vizcaya - Region III: Aurora, Nueva Ecija, Zambales, Pampanga, Bulacan, Tarlac and Bataan - Region IV-A: Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon - Region IV-B: Mindoro (Occidental and Oriental) and Marinduque - Region V: Catanduanes, Camarines Norte and Camarines Sur NDCC-OPCEN has been continuously coordinating with AFP Command Center and emergency responders of respective areas for the conduct of immediate search and rescue operations in various flooded/critical areas in Metro Manila: Manila City, Marikina City, Malabon City, Muntinlupa City, Quezon City, Makati City, Pasay City, Pasig City, Valenzuela City and San Juan City; Central Luzon (Bulacan); and Region IV-A (Rizal Province particularly San Mateo, Cainta, Tanay, Angono, Taytay, Baras, Montalban and Antipolo City) Secretary of Department of National Defense and Chairman, NDCC issued an NDCC Circular to Chairmen of RDCCs I, II, III and CAR directing them to undertake necessary response measures to avoid loss of lives and destruction of properties NDCC established an Advance Command Post (ACP) at Katipunan Avenue cor. Araneta Boulevard, Marikina City. The over-all commander is Hon. Mayor Maridel Fernando while the Incident Commanders are Mr. Robert Nacenciano and Mr. Ramon Santiago of MMDA DOH activated all DOH CHD s operations center 24 hours/7days with continuous coordination with thelgus concerned and prepositioned drugs and medicines in all areas affected DSWD s on-going interventions are activation of the Quick Response and Social Welfare and Disaster (QR/SWAD) teams to provide technical assistance to the disaster-affected local government units (LGUs) on disaster operations; provided PhP635,056.00 worth of relief goods consisting of food and non-food commodities to the affected families; and prepositioned stand-by funds, family food packs and stockpile of relief commodities composed of food and non-food amounting to PhP9,98,58.35 by the field offices concerned along the typhoon path, ready for additional augmentation/assistance whenever necessary PNRC rescued 282 persons and provided relief assistance to the victim National Grid Corporation of the Philippines is conducting power restoration in various damaged sub-stations (S/S) in Region III (Botolan, Zambales (77.8%), Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija (79.5%), Concepcion Tarlac (2:66%), Cruz na Daan. Bagong Silangan and Brgy. Fairview and Sitio Ruby East Fairview and the collapsed building in 8 th Avenue Region III Bulacan PDMC Bulacan Rescue Team, PNP Municipal Station, 306/305 of PNP, Bulacan PPO, Bulacan 566, BIRA, Rescue 7, and Special Forces of Philippine Army are currently conducting rescue operation in all flooded areas in Bustos, Sta. Maria, Bocaue, Marilao, Meycauayan, Baliwag and Norzagaray Nueva Ecija Governor Aurelio Umali of Nueva Ecija directed the activation of PDCC as early as 9:30 AM PSWDO Nueva Ecija are now packing relief goods for distribution PEO prepositioned 3 dump trucks which are temporarily stationed at PDCC Center Four (4) serviceable motorized rubber boats of PDCC are prepositioned for emergency operations Pampanga PDCC Pampanga together with rescue team proceeded to Arayat, National Park, San Juan, Banyo, Arayat for relief and rescue operations OCD III coordinated with PNRC Pampanga for used clothing for relief operations Olongapo City rescue team proceeded to Metro Manila to augment in the conduct of rescue and evacuation operation 4

OCD-RDCC III, PNP and NOLCOM and other responders are now assisting in the rescue and evacuation operations in Bulacan and Pampanga Region IV-A The Philippine Coast Guard and Philippine Ports Authority in Batangas have suspended the inter-island travel. Vessel of,000 gross tonnage (GT) and below are not allowed to venture into the sea All local DCCs of CALABARZON are placed on alert status Quick Alert Response Teams of DPWH, Southern Luzon Command (SOLCOM), DOH, DSWD, PCG and PNP are on alert status ready for deployment as the need arises BFP IV-A and AFP Units operating in Rizal Province have been ordered to proceed to the affected areas in the province Lucena CDCC, Chairman and City Mayor Ramon Talaga, Jr. called an emergency meeting to check the preparedness level of the city and visited as well the flood-prone areas in the city Batangas CDCC called an emergency meeting to alert all its service committees Quezon WASAR team proceeded to Infanta, Quezon to assist in the evacuation and SAR operations in the affected areas The Republic Cement Corp assisted in road clearing operations along the Zigzag road in Antipolo City MDCC Paki, Laguna with assistance from 4th RCDG-AFP conducted rescue operations of the stranded residents AFP, PNP and BFP have provided assistance to the LGus in the conduct of rescue operations Local DCCs supervised the conduct of rescue operations in their respective areas Region IV-B PDCC Oriental Mindoro dispatched its Provincial Disaster Response to monitor the situation particularly the water courses affected by the monsoon rains. Likewise, alerted the MDCCs in their area of responsibilities CAR DPWH CAR is now conducting clearing operations along the areas with reported land/mud and rock slides OCD CAR coordinated with PRO-COR to assist in the dissemination of warning advisories at the local level trough their radio communications network 5
