All visitors and service providers who wish to gain access to any vessel must be included on the agent s list of authorised visitors and service providers for the vessel as per ISPS requirements. All visitors and service providers must provide proof of identity and sign for a visitor s pass prior to entry to the Terminal. All visitors and service providers must comply with safety instructions issued by security officers and / or Patrick employees. All vehicles must be parked in the designated car park area and visitors / service providers must proceed to the vessel via the pedestrian access way. If necessary, security officers will escort service providers with stores and equipment to the gangway. This is on application at the security office located in the main administration building. 5.0 Operational Guidelines 5.1 Receival / Delivery Containers - Monday to Friday from 0600 to 2200 (continuous). Out of gauge (OOG) handling Monday to Friday from 0600 to 1700. Resources for receival/delivery functions are prioritised as follows: (a) Timeslot bookings via the VBS. (b) Rail transfers ex the BMT and X-Rays. (c) Bulk runs in or out (subject to a minimum of 50 containers shift nominated by the Terminal with a minimum of 2 days notice). Subject to change refer to Terminal broadcasts or 1-Stop website. 5.2 Additional Information Vessel operator to provide a consolidated booking summary, at least 2 working days prior to vessel s arrival to facilitate with pre-planning. All export cargo must be pre-advised via the PRA. Import containers delivered after the expiration of free storage days will be subject to storage charges as per the standard schedule. Early receivals (prior to the first day of receival) maybe accommodated by prior arrangement and must be approved by the Operations Manager. A charge effective 10 July 2017 of AUD 289.47 per container + GST applies. 5.3 Late Receivals Late Receival Request Late receivals request must be submitted to the National Operations Centre (NOC) by 1200 on the day of cut-off (lrec@patrick.com.au) The request must provide container details, discharge ports, commodity, weight, nominated carrier and expected arrival time. A late receival fee applies to all unannounced containers received after the designated vessel cut-off times. Late Receival Charges Charge effective 10 July 2017: AUD 289.47 per container + GST. This fee applies only to late receivals which are not pre-advised to the Terminal according to the procedures outlined above. Should this fee apply, Patrick will not receive containers for export until the container operator agrees to pay this fee on behalf of the consignee/freight forwarder. All planned and unplanned late receivals (if approved), may be placed in a temporary stow onboard the vessel. In such circumstances, Patrick will accept no liability for subsequent restow costs. 5.4 Hazardous Containers Hazardous exports will be issued with VBS slots after the validation of correct and complete PRAs and MO41 at least 24 hours prior to nominated receival date. In compliance with government regulation of hazardous facilities, Patrick may defer receival of hazardous exports beyond vessel cut-off time to remain within the hazardous limits of the facility. An original MO41 must accompany hazardous cargo or it will not be received. Incomplete documentation will be rejected. Hazardous imports must be picked-up within 5 days of discharge. Otherwise container operator must arrange for removal to a bond facility. Hazardous Cargo Surcharge Charge effective 10 July 2017: AUD 217.23 per container per day or part thereof + GST. 5.5 Ship Working Arrangements Where required, labour will be provided 3 shifts per day 7 days a week. DAY SHIFT: EVENING SHIFT: MIDNIGHT SHIFT: 0700 to 1500 (non continuous) Meal Break from 1045 to 1130 1500 to 2300 (non continuous) Meal Break from 1845 to 1930 2300 to 0700 (non continuous) Meal Break from 0245 to 0330 Early or delayed start times may be arranged subject to the operational requirements of the Terminal. Labour can be extended, where required, provided that an extension notice has been given prior to the end of the meal break. The Enterprise Agreement provides for voluntary and/or guaranteed supply of labour throughout the year except for the following periods: From 1500 (24 Dec) to 0700 (26 Dec) From 1500 (31 Dec) to 0700 (1 Jan) Page 11 of 14

6.0 IT Systems 6.1 Operating Systems OMS SPARCS VBS Client Access The Operational Management System is the database for container tracking within the Terminal. The Synchronised Planning and Real time Control System is a graphic based system using real time data from OMS. SPARCS is used for ship planning. The vehicle booking system (VBS) is administered by 1-STOP. Carriers wishing to utilise the VBS system must be registered. (Registration details, associated costs and minimum hardware / software requirements can be obtained via 1-STOP. www.1-stop.biz) Is via the internet at enet.patrick.com.au Applications for Login and Passwords must be submitted to the Patrick IT Helpdesk on 1800 647 462 Helpline 1800 647 462 It is the contact point for all client access enquiries and / or system issues. 6.2 SCA ID Codes Terminal Client ID Premise ID EDICT Fisherman Island Berth 8-10 C058304340 FP02K (SCA) 06050101001380 FE97J (cmr) 7.0 General Information Charges are applied as per The Standard Schedule of Wharf Owner Charges. The current charges will apply from 10 July 2017. 7.1 Mooring / Unmooring The following rates apply to the mooring and unmooring of vessels at the Terminal. Storage charges are payable on all containers/goods left undelivered after three (3) working days (Monday to Saturday) including the day of availability. Charges effective 10 July 2017: Containers 20 ft. AUD 40 ft. AUD Day 1 to 2 of storage 113.55 + GST per day 227.10 + GST per day Day 3 onwards 265.69 + GST per day 531.38 + GST per day General Yard Handling Fee: AUD 111.95 + GST per move Reefer power and monitoring in excess of the free storage period will be charged at a daily rate of: AUD 78.85 + GST (a) All tariff rates are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax which is payable in addition. (b) Subject to Patrick Stevedores Standard Terms and Conditions, copy available upon request. (c) Credit Terms payment is required prior to release of containers / cargo. (d) Tariff, Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. (e) Patrick reserves for itself the right to vary this arrangement during peak season. 7.3 Equipment Hire Quay Crane/Labour for special lifting: AUD 2423.75 per hour + GST Forklift (over 25,000 kgs): AUD 435.90 per hour + GST Forklift (less than 25,000 kgs); AUD 364.85 per hour + GST Mafi Trailer or similar; AUD 490.05 per day or part thereof + GST 7.4 Other Charges Freshwater AUD 3.50 per kilolitre + GST Passenger Vessels and Cargo Vessels Not working cargo (Lay Up) POA Page 13 of 14

8.0 Maritime Security Levy This levy is to recoup Patrick s compliance cost with the Maritime Transport and Offshore Facilities Security Act (and Regulations) 2003, which gives effect to the International Ship and Port Security (ISPS) Code, which was introduced on 1 July 2004. Security Levy at leased site Fisherman Islands Berths 8-10: AUD 5.60 + GST per laden container/bolster/flat rack or any unit to ISO standard. Levy will be subject to periodic review. Levy will not apply to empty containers or transhipment movements within the same Patrick facility. 9.0 Infrastructure Surcharge An Infrastructure Surcharge is applicable on all laden container movements into and out of the Patrick AutoStrad Terminal, Berths 8-10 at Fisherman Islands, Brisbane. Surcharge is AUD 32.55 per laden container + GST Page 14 of 14
