TRUMPF Unternehmensfilm 3
Additive Manufacturing Additive Manufacturing (AM) is a process in which a three-dimensional metal object is created out of a digital model. The additive process builds up metal parts layer by layer. TRUMPF has made a first push towards Laser Metal Fusion (LMF) in 2003. In 2014 a Competence Center for LMF was established in Ditzingen near Stuttgart, Germany. The Laser Metal Deposition (LMD) Technology has been in the TRUMPF product portfolio since 2002. 4
