This benchmark is based on company financial performance and engagement and enablement scores, with financial performance weighted more heavily. Country Norm = This benchmark is based on data collected in organizations operating in the selected country. GI Norm = This benchmark is based on data collected from over 6.4 million employees in 390 organizations around the world in a wide variety of industries. Financial Norm = This benchmark is based on data collected from over 1.1 million employees in organizations operating in the Financials industry. CALCULATION OF THE INTENTION TO STAY QUESTION: Given your choice, how long do you plan to continue working for the company?
