ACO Marine ACO Scuppers - ACO Channels ACO Drainage Systems for Shipbuilding and Offshore Installations
Basic characteristic Through a consistent and effective product development, ACO Marine has developed a new and wide product line to meet the diverse requirements in the field of drainage systems for shipbuilding and offshore installations. ACO Marine provides drainage solutions made of various materials. As standard, the products are made of AISI 316 stainless steel and hot-dip galvanized steel (with additional internal coating). All types of ACO drainage devices represent an economic and hygienic drainage solution. Thanks to a diversity of design options, ACO scuppers act as can solve all your surface drainage problems. High performance ACO scuppers, made of various materials, enables drainage of: bathrooms galleys laundries sanitary facilities deck surfaces car deck surfaces swimming pools machinery areas special surfaces cold storage rooms. ACO scuppers and channels are suitable for a wide range of floor structures. Up-to-date production methods in ACO scuppers and ACO channels, as well as the choice of various materials, ensures high corrosion resistance. Another advantage is the ACO modular principle of scuppers for marine drainage systems. In standard versions within ACO drainage technology, base bodies represent the connection to the drainage surface. Various drainage inserts and add-on elements produce flexible solutions in the drainage area relevant to the to finished surface. These variable height adjustment options of both inserts and add-ons, have created optimised solutions using only a limited number of components. ACO Surface Drainage Systems 2 Advantages: material choice - stainless steel - steel hot-dip galvanized inside and outside, with additional internal coating modular principle, high flexibility of application quick and easy assembly high flexibility of connections to finished surface ACO drainage technology with high drainage performance in various drainage areas (1.2l/s) vertical and horizontal connections available various nominal diameters stainless steel: 50, 75 and 110 possible adapters for different types of pipes steel: 50, 70, 80, 100, 125 and 150 aesthetic design, smooth forms, minimization of bacteria accumulation height adjustable add-on elements secured sieve inserts special custom-made versions available complete packaging with instructions according to type and mounting conditions ACO Marine

Note: In order to avoid any damage to the seal ring between the lower and the upper part of the scupper by welding, the lower part is delivered without the seal ring. The seal ring is attached to the upper part of the scupper. Before the assembly of the lower and the upper part, it is necessary to insert the seal ring into the lower part of the scupper correctly; according to the following assembly instructions. 1. Remove the seal ring from the spigot end of the upper part of the scupper. 2. Make sure that the seal ring itself and the area of the lower part of the scupper, where the seal is located, is clean, dry and free from dust, grit and any metal particles. 3. Insert the dry seal ring into the lower part of the scupper, as shown in the figure below: Dichtungsring Seal 4. When assembling the lower and the upper part of the scupper, apply a small amount of lubricant (order number 400520) to the lips to facilitate insertion. 5. Do not use any tools to aid the assembly process, otherwise the seal ring of the scupper may be damaged. Custom made solutions 13
