The 16 th Annual All Things Chocolate Gala fundraiser will be held Saturday, April 29 th on Bourbon Street at Pheasant Run Resort in St. Charles. For the last 40 years Open Door has worked to provide the community with education, prevention, diagnosis and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases. Over the years, Open Door has expanded services to those who have or are at-risk for HIV/AIDS as well as the greater LGBT community.
