Overview 1. Presentation of Company and product assortment Lukeneder 1.1 Location 1.2 Product Range 2. Deuto-Clear Sulfo Optimizing of your biogas plants! 2.1 What is Deuto-Clear Sulfo? 2.2 What is the working principle? 2.3 Which advantages do result? 2.3.1 Improvement of Biodegradation 2.3.2 Protection of CHPP (Combined Heat and Power Plants, Burners) 2.3.3 Increase Value of Fertilizer and Reduction of bad Smell 2.4 Summary

1.1 Location Germany Head Office Lindenplatz 2 D-08058 Zwickau Telephone: +49 (0) 37604 / 7488-0 Telefax: +49 (0) 37604 / 7488-29 info@lukeneder.de www.lukeneder.de Since 8 years optimizing biogas plants with > 500 plants in Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland and Luxembourg. Since > 10 years competence in stable hygiene.

1.2 Product Range Optimizing of Biogas Plants Deuto-Clear Sulfo Ready to use preparation solution Treatment of Manure Deuto-Clear Liquid Ready to use preparation solution Animal Hygiene & Claw Health Deuto- Mix Stall bedding powder specialty mixture Deuto-Cal Dry claw-bath specialty preparation Deuto-Speed Green Claw liquid bath Deuto-Dip Yellow Ready to use teats immersion agent

Deuto-Clear Sulfo

2.1 What is Deuto-Clear Sulfo? Ready to use preparation solution on the bases of 2-valent metal salts and additives for the improvement of the efficiency of your biogas plant Active ingredients and components Total content of ingredients and all active components > 160 grams per litre (g/l) Contains trace elements and minerals from A to Z Improvers of homogeneity

2.2 How is the working principle? Binding of poisonous hydrogen sulphide and ammonia gas in the fermentation substrate for plant-available sulphur and ammonium compounds Air insertion into the anaerobe area is dropped! Generation of an optimal environment for anaerobic bacteria Sufficient supply of the microorganisms with trace elements and minerals Homogenization of the fermentation substrate

2.3 Which advantages do result? Raw gas CHPP Repartition on fields Final deposit Solid material input Manure from feedstock Reception pit Digester Deuto-Clear Sulfo

2.3.1 Improvement of Biodegradation Relief of microorganisms from the hydrogen sulphide and ammonia binding. Conversion of poisonous sulphur and ammonia compounds into plantavailable materials (fertilizer). Improved removal of volatile organic acids- possible savings on input! Optimum range of ph value (7.3-7.8) for the methane bacteria even with nitrogen rich input like chicken manure - no false fermentation Homogenization of the fermentation substrate decrease of stirring energy and availability of nutrients for the microorganisms (higher planting yields) Eliminates air supply no sulphur deposits in digester, protection from corrosion for the biogas plant and improved biogas quality! Digester Deuto-Clear Sulfo Raw gas CHPP Solid material input

2.3.2 Protection of CHPP (Combined Heat and Power Plants) and burners Reduction of hydrogen sulphide in the raw gas No formation of sulphuric acid when condensing in the engine compartment and exhaust gas heat exchanger Reduction of the oil and filter change interval is possible! Compliance with the operating conditions of the engine manufacturer Cost savings in downstream external desulphurisation (eg. AKF) Ammonia reduction in the raw biogas CHPP Solid material input Avoidance of knocking No excessive combustion and exhaust gas temperature Reduction of NOx emissions

2.3.3 Increase value of fertilizer and reduce bad Smell Increasing the plant available nitrogen and sulphur content in the digestate Reduce NH3 losses during spreading on agricultural land Bad smell reduction by using DeutoClear Sulfo in the reception pit. Satisfied residents and authorities. Better homogeneity of the digestate Relief of the unloading technique No cauterization of the plant leaves through better run off of the digestate Free availability to the plant of the phosphorous content in the digestate Application in organic agriculture Deuto-Clear Sulfo

2.4 Summary Way of effectivity Advantage Benefit binding H 2 S und NH 3 in substrate biological optimization saving input protecting machines, equipment, installations savings on costs for maintenance and replacement savings on external desulphurization increase of fertilizer value savings in the purchase of fertilizer air entry obsolete improve the homogeneity of the fermentation substrate no deposits of sulphur in digester better quality of biogas better pumping and stirring longer service life of plant, components and equipment less energy demand from agitators and pumps
