ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL ISSUES TO ADDRESS Technical HRS must be integrated into existing Retail stations with as little disturbance as possible Measurement Accuracy is currently +/-10%, Spare parts have a long ordering lead time Cost for new facilities needs to come down (and are coming down) Improve the customer usability of dispensers, displays, nozzles, messaging, card readers, and overall experience. 10
