1. Overview Timesheet Navigational Flow Document (.Net Intranet Site) 1.1 Purpose The purpose of this document is to specify high-level navigation flow of the Timesheet Module and to get a better understanding of the application. This document forms the basis for the design and development of.net Intranet Timesheet Module. 2. Timesheet Navigation flow 2.1 Steps to open.net Intranet Site Timesheet a) Login to Existing ColdFusion Intranet Site. b) After Successful login, select respective timesheet from under Timesheet for navigating to.net Intranet Timesheet screen. 2.2 Steps to use.net Intranet Site Timesheet a) After successful authorization, the below Timesheet screen will be displayed as follows. The blank timesheet grid for the first time users, if already data have entered the same will be displayed in editable mode unless the timesheet is not yet submitted for the current week. 4

If previous week timesheet has not submitted or created the user will prompted and enabled to enter the previous week timesheet for submission or creation. b) The timesheet hours can be directly enter into the grid cells, the data validation will be instant and error message is proved as required as below. The data 5

validation includes invoiced line items, Budget hours exceeding, and total number of hours per day and others. c) The delete icon inside the grid will enable user to delete the particular line unless the job have not been invoiced yet. d) The Add Notes section below Add Jobs will allow user to enter notes as shown below e) Within the Add Notes section click on the Add Notes link to add notes to the timesheet and delete icon to remove notes. 2.3 Steps to add new Job / Task in.net Intranet Site Timesheet a) Click on Add Jobs bar for adding new job / Task from Search jobs, Common, Recently used and Jobs worked by employees, which will display the below screen. 6

b) Double Click of the required job Item in Common, Recent and Job Worked by employees control to add those job to Timesheet grid. For adding multiple job at one go, hold Ctrl Key and select the required Job Item, while selecting last item double click on the last job item to add all the selected items or click on Add Jobs button at the bottom. c) For adding Job / Task form search option, enter search criteria Job Number, Location and Client Number either fully or partially data. Click on SEARCH button which display the below screen in case search match. Note: The add job task will perform data validation with the existing items in grid to avoid duplicates and user should have permission to add job. 7

d) Select / Check the check box inside the Job Tree, by expanding the Jobs to locate job code and to add them into Timesheet Job Grid. 2.4 Steps to Save, Submit, Approve, Disapprove and Cancel changes. a) Click the SAVE, SUBMIT, APPROVE, and DISAPPROVE buttons for performing respective action. These buttons will enable based on the user permissions and the application flow. The CANCEL button is used to undo the changes done by the logged in user. 2.5 Steps to navigate across different date timesheet and to view Notes Summary. a) Click the above PREVIOUS and NEXT WEEK buttons for view / navigating to Previous and Next week timesheet of the current timesheet data display. These buttons will enable based on the application flow. b) Select date from the date control and click on for navigating to particular week timesheet. 2.6 Step to view PTO and Bangalore Leaves. a) Click on button to view Overall notes entered for the particular week in one screen as below. 8

2.7 Step to view Timesheet Abbreviations and Bangalore Leaves. b) Click on button to view Overall notes entered for the particular week in one screen as below. 9

2.8 Step to view other user Timesheet and return back to own Timesheet. a) Click on button to enable search window, which will display below screen. (Note: The search button is enabled based on employee permission). b) Check Active, Inactive and Indirect employee checkbox in top search panel to add respective users into Employee Name dropdown. 10

c) Select / Enter Employee Name and Timesheet date in top search panel and click on SEARCH button for viewing the selected user timesheet. (Note: The logged in user name is displayed on top title bar and selected user name is displayed in timesheet header). d) Click either button to collapse top search panel. e) Click on button to view and return back logged in timesheet user. 2.9 Step to view Favorite and manage Favorite list. a) Click on button to enable favorite view on top panel below the menu bar, which will display below screen. b) Select the listed Favorite from the Favorite Name drop down to add the achieved jobs into Timesheet Grid. (By default the users will enabled with default favorites like:- Add from Previous week with / without hours along with their defaults). (NOTE: The selection of favorite will clear the grid and it will populate the favorite archived jobs). c) Select the listed Favorite from the Favorite Name drop down to add the achieved jobs into Timesheet Grid. Update the Timesheet Grid Items and click on Update / Remove Favorite action. button to perform the respective d) Enter / Update the Timesheet grid and enter unique Favorite Name in Favorite top panel, click on button to create new achieve. e) Click either button to collapse top favorite panel. 2.10 Print Timesheet a) Click on icon to print the current timesheet, a window opens with print options.. 11

b) Click on Print button to continue with printing the timesheet. 2.11 FAQ a) Click on to open FAQ window. 12

2.1 Copy Previous a) Click on button to copy the jobs from previous week to the opened timesheet, internal validations happen for duplicates. 3. 3.2 Steps to use.net Intranet Site Dashboard Timesheet view a) After successful authorization, the below Timesheet screen will be displayed, b) Depending on the permission assigned, the user will be able to see both Regular and BU Timesheet menu item, which displays the below screen. 14
