Physical Science 20 Career Exploration Assignment PS20-CE1 Explore physical-science related career paths in Saskatchewan, Canada and the world. In this assignment you are asked to investigate careers that are related to the environmental science field. The intention is that you will develop a greater understanding of possible careers in this field and explore one of interest in more depth. At the end of this study you will submit evidence of your learning in the form of a brochure. Refer to the assessment checklist at the end of this handout for how your resume will be assessed. PS20 Worksheet for Researching Occupations Gathering information is a critical step in making an effective career decision. Use the following worksheet and the website www.workingincanada.gc.ca to research possible career options. You need to find three options before settling on one for the brochure assignment. A copy of this completed work sheet will need to be submitted. Use print, Internet, multi-media, and people resources for your information. A great way to get information about a possible career choice is to ask a person currently working in the field.
