SPONSORSHIP LEVELS PRESENTING SPONSOR The Presenting Sponsor is the most visible and highly valued level of sponsorship for the Tahoe Bike Day Parade & Festival. This level of sponsorship gives your company s brand prominent positioning in all of our many marketing and advertising tactics and significantly demonstrates your company s mission and commitment to the community. PRESENTING SPONSOR Presenting Sponsor fee: $3,000 Company name/logo shall read, (company name) Presents Tahoe Bike Day Parade & Festival and will appear on all print materials (poster, postcards, newspaper and monthly ads see Appendix A: Media) Company shall receive product category exclusivity Company name/logo shall appear on cover of Festival Event Program (2,500 copies) Company receives a full page ad in Event Program Company name shall appear in sponsor listing in Event Program Company shall receive a 3 x 15 lead banner in Bike Parade Company provided banner & team may follow governmental officials in Parade Company shall receive a 15 x 15 canopy tent and space at Festival Company may distribute materials and/or sell products at Festival per Exhibitor Guidelines Company may display company provided banner at Festival Company shall receive four (4) public address announcements per hour during Festival Company receives online directory listing for one year (www.bike.org) Company receives prominent name/logo placement online and linked, www.tahoebike.org, for one year Company receives photography of company participation during Parade & Festival Company receives ten (10) Lake Tahoe Bicycle Coalition Regular Memberships Additional rights & privileges may be offered and/or collaborated with your company Percentage of Cycling Visitors Tahoe Cycling Visitor Demographics Survey Data Survey data by ENTERSPORT LLC

June is JUNE 5 2010 PB KE day ARADE & FESTIVAL Official Sponsor The Official Sponsor is the second highest level of sponsorship and gives your company many similar rights as the Presenting Sponsors. Your brand will appear almost everywhere, but with a little less prominence. Depending on your marketing objectives, in some cases this might be even more suitable than the Presenting Sponsorship for your company. By becoming an Official Sponsor your company immediately becomes exclusive in your area of business. If your product is relevant to the event or parade, you can name your involvement: Official Product... such as: Official Beer, Official Medical Provider, Official Bike, Official Hotel, etc. Of course, you can decide to be an Official Sponsor without using your product category. It is up to your marketing team to decide how to effectively leverage your sponsorship of the event. This sponsorship level will help promote your product or brand to new levels and it can enable product association with a highly sought after demographic. Being an Official Sponsor shows your target audience and the community that you are one of the main supporters of the Parade & Festival. Another advantage is the budget needed for this level is significantly lower that the Presenting sponsor. OFFICIAL SPONSOR Official Sponsor fee: $1,500 Company receives product category exclusivity as Official Sponsor Company s name/logo shall appear on all print materials (posters, postcards, ads see Appendix A: Media) Company receives a half-page (½ ) ad in Event Program Company receives listing in Event Program Company provided banner may be displayed in Bike Parade with company team Company receives a 10 x 10 exhibit tent canopy and space at Festival A Company provided banner may be displayed at Festival Company may distribute materials and/or sell products per Exhibitor Guidelines Company shall receive two (2) public service announcements per hour during Festival Company s Name/logo listed online & linked for one year (www.tahoebike.org) Company receives five (5) Lake Tahoe Bicycle Coalition Regular Memberships Additional rights & privileges may be offered and/or collaborated with your company

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS SUPPORTING SPONSOR The Supporting Sponsor is an entry category for companies wanting to sponsor Tahoe Bike Day Parade & Festival. It is a cost-effective platform to start familiarizing your company with sponsorship on a limited budget. You will get some excellent exposure and the flexibility to adjust your participation commensurate with your budget. Supporting Sponsor Company s name/logo shall appear on all printed materials (posters, postcards, ads see Appendix A: Media) Company receives listing in Event Program Company receives a 10 x 10 tent canopy and booth space at Festival A company provided banner may be displayed at Festival Company may distribute materials and/or sell products per Exhibitor Guidelines Company receives online listing and web site link for one year (www.tahoebike.org) Three (3) LTBC Regular Memberships Supporting Sponsor fee: $750 Without Expo $500 Contributing Sponsor The Contributing Sponsor category is an economical way to be connected to the Tahoe Bike Day Parade & Festival Celebration and receive some exposure for your company. Contributing Sponsor Contributing Sponsor fee: $150 Company s name/logo shall be listed in Event Program (2,500 copies) Company s name/logo shall receive online listing with web site link for one year (www.tahoebike. org) One (1) LTBC Regular Membership Friend of Tahoe Bike Become a Friend for $50 If you would like to be associated with the Tahoe Bike Day Parade & Festival and be a supporter of the Lake Tahoe Bicycle Coalition s efforts to Help Tahoe Become More Bicycle Friendly, then be a Friend of Tahoe Bike. Your name will be listed in the Event Program as Friend of Tahoe Bike And, you will receive a regular membership in the Lake Tahoe Bicycle Coalition
