Ground Transportation: The average taxi rate from the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport to the Hyatt Regency is $33. Airport Shuttle is the official shared ride, multiple stop service for the PEC, offering van service to and from the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport and the Hyatt Regency for the discounted round trip rate of $35 per person and one-way service for $20 per person. PEC App: The PEC App provides conference details and the full agenda, your personalized agenda, the utility to make schedule changes, session surveys, exhibitor information, venue information, and more. Please download the App by visiting the App Store or Google Play on your mobile device and searching for ProfitStars to locate the App, or by using the link included in the email previously sent with the subject line Introducing the PEC Events App. Use the event code Ap34e6C2 in the search bar and the PEC screen will populate. You will also need your PEC confirmation/registration number to access specific components of the App. Class Change Kiosk: There will be one class scheduling kiosk with two workstations (one workstation will have print capabilities) available in the registration area. The kiosk allows you to make changes to your existing class schedules, add additional sessions, and obtain information on classroom capacity however, you are encouraged to download and use the convenient PEC App. Presentation Handouts: Session presentations and supporting handouts can be downloaded from the conference registration system using your registration confirmation and your email address. Once signed in to the system, please use the Documentation tab to access the handouts of interest. Please note the registration system is updated as session handouts become available and not all sessions have supporting materials. Session Evaluations: Your feedback is very important to the success of future conferences.
